I was having a horrendous day and decided to stop by to get something to eat. The customer service here is always unmatched, and today they totally turned everything around for me.
Someone left me a treat with a message. I never saw who left it, but I almost started bawling right then and there. It’s amazing to feel like you’re in a space where people truly care. For a little over a year, Chick-fil-A has universally cut the size of their chicken nearly in half. They say they haven’t, but everyone knows they have. Testing this over time to make sure this isn’t a fluke revealed that it’s about a 40% decrease in size on average. If they had to cut size down to prevent inflation, they should just admit that, but instead they keep gaslighting the thousands of people complaining about it. Sadly, the pictures I attached were the largest chicken servings from the entire photoset over the last year.

I enjoyed the food, but the only thing I didn’t like was that there were 4 teenage boys who were being loud and obnoxious. Luckily they were kicked out in a timely fashion. I would also like to add that Aubree was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. Will be returning

Wife and I went to get chick fil a sandwiches before a movie last week. We did our order through curbside delivery. After 5 mins we got a notification that our order was on its way (so I know it’s been bagged and just needs to be brought out). 10 mins later we still don’t have our food. We finally manage to stop an employee who gets our food, but does so with clear annoyance. Then she’s more annoyed with us when we ask for sauce after they didn’t put any in the bag. Then the sandwich buns ended up being soggy because they’d sat in the bag so long. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this location. We won’t be going again.

It’s Chick-fil-A, but not all are the same. The people here are awesome helpful and super friendly. I’ve been to a few others in the area that aren’t as nice and helpful. Well done guys keep up the great service. Oh and keep making people’s days brighter with your smiles. Thank you.

Sharing this to hopefully improve the customer experience. I can’t understand why the employees (or operator) haven’t figured this out. If I visit a coffee shop, I can go and order a coffee and food on the same order; however, I can instruct them to not bring my food until I come ask for it. For example, maybe I’m working and just not hungry yet, and I want my meal later. A coffee shop can figure that out. But not here. For reasons unknown to me, I cannot order a “meal” here, take the Diet Coke, and pick up the meal after I’m done working. I have to order a Diet Coke first, and then come back and order an entire meal later. And the funny thing is I know there’s a “save for later” button on the register. It’s just dumb and that’s my opinion. Maybe one day they’ll figure it out.

Used the app for pick up. Had a confirmation page that it was ordered. It never hit their system. What should have been a 5 minute event to pick up an order is now over 30 minutes. Never again will use the app or visit this unorganized location.

Two parts here: my son was having an interview with yall today. So I got food while he was interviewing. Food was okay, service was so weird for curbside pick up- but fine.
My son showed up early for interview, he was told to sit in a table- so he sat down. He waited, he waited some more and then finally went back up after waiting for 43-45 minutes only for the manager to say “sorry, I forgot about you and now don’t have time, so come back next week.” WHAT?! I absolutely called and spoke to Melissa so quickly told me it was his fault, he chose the wrong table to sit at and we promptly hung up on.
As my son was looking for a new job- Chick-fila was high one on his list for the service he receives going with his friends.
Feels like that service is only based on if you’re spending money and not trying to get a job there. Truly disappointed in this experience as someone trying to get a job shouldn’t be sent to a table and the forgotten about.
