I don’t understand this place! Are jack in the box managers even conducting checks on this restaurant? Why do you let a homeless man live inside your restaurant!? Kick him out! He’s not your problem! Contact the police department and have him escorted off your property! You should not allow homeless individuals to claim space inside the restaurant! This individual should be at Home Depot trying to get a job! Everytime I come here, the same person is sitting in the same seat with his belongings. Please direct him to the homeless shelter! I don’t want to come here anymore since they won’t tell this individual to leave!

The fries had several black spots, which I found concerning. Upon addressing it with the staff, I was informed it was normal. However, the response was delivered in a rude and dismissive manner.

CHANGE THE OIL
I am a regular customer …… jack’s spicy chicken with cheese combo with spicy good good sauce and curly fries is my usual go to.
This time the fries were good but the chicken patty wasn’t because of the oil they used to fry it. I guess they kept on reusing the same oil for a longer time without changing it. It made me feel very uncomfortable after few hours. I regretted going to jack in the box for dinner.

The drive thru sign light is off. This is the sign that allows you that know if the Drive thru open, so I decided to go inside. Raul was the employee that took my order but after standing & talking to another employee. Neither staff took the time to great me or acknowledge I was there until I started tapping on the countertop. I was the only person inside the restaurant. The tables, floor, bathroom where nasty. I’m going to not eat my food because might end up with food poisoning. Where is the supervisor in the place? Why is the cashier who took my order also the person who cook my Taco’s? SMH!! I wish I could give zero stars.

My order is always wrong, drive throu is the worst at night. It wasn’t just one time. Multiple times. I ask for something and it’s not even added to my order. I say I’m not done ordering and they force me to the window. Its just bad.
