We brought our boys basketball team in on a Thursday night. Nick, the manager, was extremely helpful, knowledge and friendly.
The entire staff was so nice and accommodating.
We had nothing but a 100 percent positive experience.

My brother and I went here for dinner tonight and ordered two Box combos and 1 order was very small chicken strips and the other only had 3 of the 4 that were supposed to be in the order.

In addition, my brother asked for both sides of the bread to be buttered but they didn’t do that either and the fries were cold. We come to this location fairly often, if this was our first interaction with this company, we would not be back.

May be quite awhile before we return, given this level of service.

Let’s be honest the sauce makes this place famous as well as the toast when it’s buttered and cooked properly. It’s decent for what it is. I thinks I go here mainly because I get off work and want some protein so I stop after work and yeah. Price is decent, customer service typically is good. For what it is I keep going back for a reason so that counts for something lol.

Love love LOVE Canes. Very unfortunate to find a long blonde hair in my mouth though when biting into a chicken finger… I have curly black hair so it definitely wasn’t mine.

I’m starting to become a regular customer here, and this place is by far the best spot to get some fingers and fries! The food, the service, AND the crew are nothing short of top notch! I feel like everyone there embodies the “One Love” motto!

Went in tonight and ordered 2 box combos. My daughter’s order was right but my order only had 2 pieces of chicken when there should have been 4. Not to happy.

First time at RAISING CANES… shared a meal with eight chicken strips, Cole slaw, fries with a friend. The strips were good, nice little crispness to them, fries were hot & okay (nothing too exciting). Our cashier was wonderful, sorry i didn’t get his name. We got rid of the Texas Toast (wish i’d kept it) for more fries ~ which seemed better for two people. The coleslaw was good ~ i’ve had better, unfortunately though i have had way worse. We got plenty to eat. I got a pop & friend got water. It was a Friday night – BUSY and Noisy – but in a good way. I’d go back again… NOT a fan of the “Cane’s Sauce”. I don’t do any spicy (get made fun of a lot) & neither does my tummy ~ this sauce wasn’t blatantly spicy, kinda kicked you at the end or after eating…

Caniac meal was good. No desserts on the menu which was weird? Lost one star for that reason. Everything else was good. Food was hot. Service was fast and friendly. Thanks raising canes. Work on a cookie option or something ice cream or ANYTHING just in case the kids want a treat
