I’ve had Chick-fil-A for breakfast multiple times this week, so this experience was really disappointing.
The chicken in my order today seemed either overcooked or undercooked, and I ended up vomiting twice afterward. The bread on the minis was also unusually dry and lacked the juiciness and quality I’m used to.
I also find it confusing that mobile drive-thru orders are accepted even when the mobile drive-thru lane isn’t consistently open. That makes the process frustrating.
For comparison, the Chick-fil-A on Owings Mills Blva, less than five minutes away, consistently provides noticeably better quality and a smoother experience. I hope this location can improve, because I typically enjoy the brand and expect a higher standard.

Wasn’t feeling well my cousin suggested I tried the Chicken Noodle Soup! The perfect pick me up meal. Definitely flavorful. Of course it’s made with their grilled chicken .. 10/10 I ordered 1 large serving when I should’ve ordered 2!

I live very close to the Foundry Row location, but after multiple visits where the nuggets were consistently dark, dry, and overcooked, I decided to drive a little farther to the Owings Mills Square location.
The difference was noticeable. The nuggets there were hot, juicy, and perfectly golden brown. Because of the consistent quality at Owings Mills Square, I’ll be choosing that location going forward. DO BETTER Foundry Row!

Karen the manager at Foundry Row Location was so rude and unprofessional. She was not listening to me when I tried to explain my orders to her, she kept saying unfortunately and left with my drink. I will never go to Location ever and will not allow any of my Loved one to ever visit them again. Never to get insulted trying to send my hard earned money.
She should learn how to be professional before serving the Public

This may be the last time I ever eat from chic fil a. I ordered a mobile order , pulled into the lane in a few mins , the mobile scan said something went wrong and told me to contact the store or reorder. When I pulled to the window to explain my issue the guy just told me to spin around and go inside. I let him know I was reluctant to because I didn’t want to get out the car. But he insists and told me just talk to the manager as if she would help me . I ended up getting inside at 10:30 , waved the manager down and tried to explain what was going on. It’s so frustrating when you are on the brinks of starvation trying to explain an issue to someone who keep repeating , hard to understand information because they are not fluent in English, beating around the bush to tell you it didn’t take my money . Lady , The problem is not my money its me ordering food for breakfast- the mobile app not working . I don’t eat chicken/meat, I was in the area and needed to stop for food so I rushed to place a mobile order. But In the amount of time of swingin thru the drive thru , talking to one person then parking and going inside, waiting to be heard I could’ve just ordered in the drive thru or went inside in the first place. I never tried mobile ordering so I didn’t not know anything but it saying I’m able to order breakfast- make it to the window by 10:30 when I got there 10:25 . She kept trying to tell them they didnt take my money. And fake tried to ask the back if there was still breakfast AS IF You only make a few orders in the am in advance. The store is made to order not a limited supply. Please don’t lie to people , know that God is watches you. You could’ve done something better and helped at your discretion instead of being incompetent . It’s frustrating that it’s so hard to get good help. I was starving not broke. Back in the day people at stores would accommodate a customer, if it’s a food issue, compensate with a food item- suggest an alternative . “Well I’m sorry we don’t see your order but I can tell that you paid, your order may be refunded to you but let me see what we can do for you right now.” If you don’t want to offer breakfast suggest a fruit cup or Offer something for the headache and suffering not act oblivious with an “oh well” attitude. I left highly upset . I don’t want to spend money here anymore. You lost a customer/family . And I hope higher ups push their managers to learned better English, communication, & customer service . A small thing to one person is a big thing to another and could be detrimental. you never know what people are battling.

I frequent this location and recently had such a bad experience that I haven’t been back since. I’m holding out hope that the owner/operator will make it right. I used a reward to order breakfast for carry out pickup. In route I had to stop for gas and received a call from my daughter’s daycare, which delayed me a bit. Once I arrived I was told they didn’t know where my food was and suggested someone took it. Then the manager admitted they threw it away because they assumed I was coming. I pointed out that it doesn’t say that is Chic Fil A’s policy anywhere and nobody attempted to contact me. The manager gave me the “oh well, it’s after breakfast time so we can’t remake it”. I asked about my reward and was told you’ll need to call customer service. I’ve never had Chick Fil-A drop the ball in such a way on customer service. I took down the manager’s name, Alexis Xiong. She made it clear she didn’t care about the inconvenience and didn’t offer anything to remedy the situation. I went to the parking lot and called customer service who provided me with the owner/operator’s name Paul Xiong. I made the assumption the manager and owner are related, which I guess explained her lack of motivation to resolve the issue. As a business owner/operator, I would hope that our children would be more, not less, motivated to consistently provide each customer with the best possible experience, understanding how it would ultimately represent their parents’ business. I was told by customer service that I would be contacted by the owner/operator, Paul Xiong….it’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t heard from him yet. I’m disappointed because my family and I frequent Chic in general and particularly this location. Feels like nobody cared about my bad experience because I’m just 1 person out of hundreds that visit the location daily. However, that business outlook can and will catch up with a business over time. Chick’s always prioritized customer service and that’s what gives them the edge over other fast food chains. It feels like maybe some have lost sight of this.

The manager is rude! This is the second time I’ve been disappointed with this location. The first time I had ordered a Spicy Deluxe only to get the thinnest chicken patty I had ever seen and the bottom of the bun on both sides. Today I ordered breakfast on the app before 10:30 (when the breakfast ends) but got stuck in traffic. I made it to curbside at 10:33 and as soon as I got there, they cancelled my order. I went in to see if I could still get the order since I ordered before the breakfast ended, but the manager was not helpful at all and didn’t even apologise for cancelling the order. I love Chick fill-a and the location near my house is the best! I had hoped that every location had the same customer service.

Why were the employees wearing rabbit ears? How humiliating and in necessary. If the company trying to show your Easter spirit, the damn bunny ears are an affront to those celebrate Easter as well as your employees.

I went through the drive through so there really isn’t much atmosphere… except the cow shaped bushes with sunflower sunglasses and flower leis. But the service was quick, efficient, and friendly. And of course the food was excellent (I love Peach milkshake season!!)

Total suburban setting of Owing Mills, so off the scale. Nuggets where very tasty, lemonade was popping, the surrounding show’s Maryland got some get up and go kudo’s.
