My 1st time eating here and everything was delicious . I broke a glass and spilled my strawberry lemonade like the clutch I am but they were so kind and gracious about it. I kept apologizing and they said “No worries, accidents happen” while quickly cleaning up my mess. Every worker there was kind and greeted us. Our server was great. The food amazing, that parmesan crusted chicken has such good flavor. The warm bread with butter, so good. The strawberry shortcake is heaven. Everything was 10 out of 10. We will definitely be back!

I love this place but this experience was not okay. Ordered our steaks medium rare, they came out well done (grey). That happens..but nobody checked on us for 10 minutes after and we had to get up to ask for the manager. Our drinks didn’t get refilled, then the refired steaks took another 30 minutes to come out. Horrible customer service and just an overall lack of care. Bathrooms were also disgusting. I hope this was a one off because we typically love coming here.

As the Activities Director at Tampa Gardens Senior Living, I want to share how much we enjoyed our luncheon! Bobby was absolutely wonderful—kind, patient, and attentive with all of our residents. The food was delicious, and the drinks were fantastic. Our residents had such a great time, and we can’t wait to return with the group again soon!

Went for dinner and we were seated right away. Took a while for server to come to come to or table. When or bread came to table butter was missing so another server brought butter to our table. We did not notice that at the bottom of butter container there was something that was not butter darker color and we notice it had a different taste. We did not want to make a seen and showed it to waitress. Manager did not come to table. The steaks were so salty we ate some and took them home . Gave longhorn a chance but we won’t be back. Also we were there longer than needed to be as service was slow. Location was citrus park tampa.

Honestly the few times I’ve came here the service is bad they are always understaffed and the staff usually take as long time to assist you. Got here at 2:30pm and didn’t leave until 5:06 on a Sunday they food took overly too long to come out and when the food finally came out as I was eating a ceaser salad I looked at the fork and there was a bug on the fork. Spat my food out and felt so disgusted. Idk maybe it was just a bad day for them

Surprisingly Lighter Fair For A Dunch Than Expected.
Spent my final dinner/lunch here with my mother while I visited, she’s a big meat eater so she was looking forward to this and I’ve never been to a Longhorn before being from NYS so it sounded good.
Got in around 3:00PM to avoid the dinner rush on a Saturday, the place was pretty dark inside and there seemed to be some sort of HVAC work being done to their AC system. My mother requested a booth, but the host seemed to indicate none were available. Despite every booth being open our entire meal. Not cool.
We took a table, which was huge, way bigger than we needed, but elbow room I guess. Our server Greg seemed to be in pain while he was moving around, which my mother said she thought might have been hip pain. Never the less he remained professional and quick.
We ordered and I went with the Steakhouse Burger with Fries, complimentary bread was also provided around the same time, fresh and hot. All together the meal came to just around $40, which was very reasonable, and surprising for a steakhouse.
The burger was juicy and full of flavor from their in-house burger sauce, and while the fries were not anything special, they absorbed the flavors from the juices that dripped out of the burger. Was pretty surprised I was able to polish off the whole thing with no trouble.
Overall, acceptable prices, good service, great food, but the booth thing was weird.

As a Life Engagement Director for an assisted Living Facility I must say this location has been absolutely amazing and accommodating of our outing. I brought 9 Residents for lunch and our Server Bobby has been awesome! He was prompt with our orders and delivering plates and drinks in a very timely manner. Continuously checking to make sure all was well at our table. I will be adding LongHorn to our activity calendar again for sure!!

Myself and a friend dined here last on February 26. Our server was Jenna. She was fabulous with great customer service skills. She was very personable, courteous, efficient and attentive. She came by at the right frequencies to check on us and to provide refills. She provided input and suggestions in response to our questions about the steaks. She made sure that our orders came out at the right pace. I highly recommend her.
My friends steak came out excellently the first time. I sent mine back as it was a little well too done /dry at first. The manager Pam came by before Jenna returned and ensured that issue was taken care of promptly. Both Pam and Jenna also came by to make sure that it was to my taste after being redone.
I also have to give a big high five to the manager Pam. I have had the pleasure of engaging with her multiple times when I have visited this location at Citrus Park. She is always extremely personable no matter how busy it seems to be there and customer oriented. She excels at making you feel like a valued guest. I have observed her go around the dining area often to check on customers dining experience. She is a great role model for what a customer service manager should be like. This is definitely a major reason I continue to go back to this location when I am.
I do have to give a big thumbs up on the loaded baked potato which was delicious and the molten lava cake with ice cream was on top. Both my friend and I agreed it was yummy, the temperature was perfect and a great portion size to share.

Everything was delicious. From the complimentary fresh bread and butter to the chocolate lava cake my son devoured after his steak. My husband ordered the stuffed mushrooms as the appetizer. They were delicious! My husband had a steak, with asparagus and ceaser salad. I had a loaded baked potato without bacon and onion, steamed broccoli and mac and cheese without bacon. I couldn’t eat the mac and cheese because I was so full from the potato and broccoli. I did taste it and oh my goodness, it’s sooooo good. My husband also enjoyed a beer and I had an amaretto sour. My son had a sweet tea and also helped my husband finish his ceaser salad. Our server was kind and helpful. He brought everything quickly and made sure we felt at home. He was very kind
