Not sure if it was a rush tonight but I was served raw chicken. The mozzarella stick was stiff. The boneless wings were good and the bone in wings were good, but my daughter and I had the crispers and now our stomach is turning from the raw chicken! PLEASE cook the food thoroughly and don’t rush, we can wait for cook food. The manager did take the crispers off my meal but my goal tonight was to not get sick.

We come here on occasion with some of our kids and their families. Today was a zoo trip and lunch. Always busy on a Sunday afternoon, the 7 of us were seated within 5 minutes. Our drink and appetizer order was promptly taken. Some of us took advantage of the 3 For Me $10.99 promotion. My QP Burger was hot and fresh, although all of our burgers were way overcooked. I understand that most restaurants are required to thoroughly cook beef. Cutting the cook time on these patties would make a good burger a great burger. My wife had the Brisket Quesadillas. Large tasty portion. Excellent service. The staff does an outstanding job of cleaning the floors while bussing the tables. You know how some people are .

Grace is an amazing server. The restaurant is extremely busy and her section is full and continuously turning over. Her level of service and attentiveness has not wavered. She is a gem. The food was great. The music playing made me want to sit here all day.

We placed a delivery order, the order arrived in timely fashion but when it arrived we noticed it was missing the Mac and cheese with our chicken crispers meal and not only the dipping sauces with our meals but the dipping sauces for our dip trio. We just got a disappointing bag of chips to stare at. When we tried to contact y’all we never realized that when doing delivery directly thru your app that it would be a DoorDash driver and that there would be no way to get in contact with y’all about our problems. Most likely will not order from again sadly even though we normally love you guys!

I always enjoy my experience at Chili’s in Lexington. Their management clearly values high quality service and food. My server Rachel was probably one of the sweetest young ladies I’ve ever met. Her kind demeanor and swiftness upon requests was heartwarming! We never once had to ask for a refill. She was accommodating and helpful. Rachel will make you want to leave her the world as a tip if you could! Good job Ms. Rachel, keep up the good work!

Sometimes the food here is okay service almost always socks. Went to eat here walked in we were sat immediately. Then we waited for 25 minutes with not a single server coming into the entire dining room. Then as we are leaving the manager comes in and says we will take care of you. Way to little way to late.

First time,not sure why we haven’t tried it before. All thebfood we got was great accept for the cheese fires, they had a funny taste to them. Server was ok, she seemed very busy. The table server thing was not working at our table and it took 10 minutes for them to get us checked out.
