Thank God i asked for no cheese or i wouldn’t have gone to take it the cheese and seen this! Looked a little dry before i opened it up to take off the cheese (was expecting that part of course, it’s McDonald’s) but then i saw this is extremely burnt – not edible. I can’t believe anybody would serve this to another human. Safe to say i will not be back

Went through drive thru at 1136 am they had me pull up for 2 smalls cokes that came with the happy meals I ordered. That was fine with me. Waited almost 20 minutes had to go through the drive thru again and get them to give me the 2 cokes along with straws and the 3 extra sauces I paid for. For 2 cokes?!?!? This is bull. They ended up giving me 2 cokes but they were literally see through and tasted straight up like carbonation. The double cheese burgers were dry as all get out. And burnt. never going back there again. Fries were also soggy

I love mcdonalds! Ever since I was a boy I was a fan. This location off rossville blvd is closest to my house and I take my daughter here every Friday. Until recently. My favorite is the number 2 combo with orange juice. I’d give a better review but how do they never have orange juice at 7AM? , not just one week but 3 weeks in a row? You got a lot of homeless folk around the area but they’ve never bothered me or ask for me anything. The drive thru staff are polite enough, and I understand they can’t always be happy, especially dealing with us customers, but at the same time, you don’t want the feeling that it’s going to be a hassle to ask for extra sugar or jelly. Otherwise… Do you believe in magic…

Very unwelcoming. Signs everywhere. No loitering, no using the restrooms without a purchase. Smells of weed. Half of the items on the menu were out of stock. Cleaning items left in lobby. Staff members talking on their cell phone loudly in the dining area. Took 10 minutes to get a single cheeseburger.

Me and my mom doordashed tonight and her deluxe mccrispy was super small , and we had large fries and our fries both had unknown black specs all thru the fries .
We didnt eat it because we didnt know what it was and it WAS NOT PEPPER!!!!.

Employee’s and Managers are the rudest staff. Location filthy and food wrong and or missing. Got 2 iced coffees today. No ice in either one!!! Can you go back to the drive-through or try to go in to get your order corrected you will literally be cussed out by the manager. Location should be shut down

Awful! Slow! Unprofessional! Out of uniform. Hair not in nets, just awful! Loud & obnoxious employees. I sat in the driveway threw for almost 30mins bc they wouldn’t pull the cars up due to a order being messed up in front of us. Wish they would close this place!

I have visited this location four times in two months before giving my review. The food is the same everywhere, but you know that. This location consistently is not clean. The floor is typically dirty. The leave the cones out for liability instead of properly cleaning. Flies are abundant inside and out. The crew members appear to do the best they can with the leadership provided. The manager is high on excuses and low on solutions. This location is supported by its local community that may not expect high standards. I hope they will clean house on several levels. This is the only fast food serving a breakfast for several miles so that don’t have competition. I will not likely visit until I see authentic reviews denoting improvements.

I had a very bad experience at Rossville Blvd McDonald’s on Friday 9/26/2025 as I purchased a meal at the drive thru as I began to eat my meal i notice a large blk hair in my burger I called the restaurant and was ask to bring back my order I went back to the drive thru and was treated very badly by the female who gave me my order as I return what I had purchased and requested a refund I admit I was very disturbed abt what had happened the female did not attempt to help make this bad experience better as she was very rude to me and offer NO apology for what happened. She made me feel I had made the mistake instead of taking responsibility for the issue. The female I feel needs to be taken off the drive thru and given some serious training on how to deal with issues that concern customers. Please trust me do NOT visit this McDonalds as this experience has changed my thinking abt McDonalds restaurants.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The employees are generally rude and actively swearing / cursing at each other. The place smells like marijuana. I ordered a steak bagel yesterday through the mobile app. I got there and they said they didn’t have steak bagels so I requested a refund. The refund hasn’t went through and I doubt it will.
