Place was absolutely packed on a Tuesday night, expect to be waiting for a seat as they are very busy.
All of us are vegetarian and loved our dishes! Also tried some hot Sake.
Spicyness level 1-5 is available and 4 was very enjoyable. 5 would probably end up blistering your lips from the broth.
Great comfort food spot. Excited to go again! I will definitely be having cravings for noodle blvd!
They have a wide range of ramen dishes with different proteins – almost up to 20. My favorite so far is the Chicken Curry Ramen ($18). A rich savory broth mixed with chili oil for a spicy kick, minus the coconut milk, it reminds me of an alternative version of Khao Soi – egg noodles, shredded chicken, bok choy, beansprouts, half an Ajitsuke egg, green onions, and garnished w/ crispy wontons. Simply AMAZING and consistent quality everytime I order it. The bowl is deeper than it appears so I’m always leaving full.
They also offer rice bowls, Karaage chicken, Bao buns, and desserts like mango sticky rice and lychee ice cream.
By far one of my favorite ramen spots in the Triangle! I’d feel guilty for trying to keep this place a secret.
Also, if you enjoy pork belly, I highly recommend the Spicy Pork Kimchi Rice bowl. While also trying the Black Garlic Ramen (with Pork Belly & Ajitsuke Egg), which was definitely worth trying.
The starters, including Edamame and Karaage Chicken, were both excellent. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.
For the main course, we ordered the Chicken Curry Ramen, which was cooked to perfection with an exceptional balance of flavors. You can really feel the thought and precision that went into creating these dishes. The result is something truly special and high quality. The ingredients are fresh and vibrant, and the flavors are deep and unique.
For dessert, we couldn’t resist the Fried Banana: hands down the best treat ever! It was perfectly fried, and the banana just melted in the mouth. We also tried the house-made Lychee Ice Cream, which was delicate, refreshing, and not too sweet, a perfect palate cleanser to end the meal.
On top of all that, the service was outstanding: fast, friendly, and attentive. You can tell how much care goes into every dish before it reaches your table.
If you’re still reading this review, take it as your sign to go there right now and treat yourself to an amazing dining experience!
Changed my review because for the 3rd time in a row I’ve had bad service. Watched tables that were sat before us get their food, over 30 minutes. I asked why our food hadn’t come yet and the h lied to my face and told me the steak ramen takes longer (I have ordered this before and this is not the case) they brought out the other two bowls and still didn’t have the steak ramen. Which means they never started our order. I wish they had just been honest because lying to my face is unacceptable. Accidents happen.
