As soon as we step into the restaurant, we were greeted by Lisa. Very friendly and warm.
We ordered their cucumber salad, it was filled with so much flavor, and very tasty. The spring rolls (4) were also amazing! My partner had the steamed vegetable dumplings, and matcha milk tea boba, she loved them. I ordered the steam shrimp and pork dumplings (last pic), this for me was ok. Not my preference. I would have preferred it only be shrimp. Other than that , everything else was really good.

Dumpling Master never misses! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with that fresh, handmade dumpling smell that tells you the food is going to hit. The dumplings are perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor you can tell they make everything with care. The spicy wontons and pork soup dumplings are legit must-tries. Service is quick, friendly, and the food always comes out hot. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a full meal, this spot delivers every time. Definitely one of the best dumpling places in Rancho!

This place was recommended to me and I am very happy we had dinner here! We ordered the calamari, pork and shrimp dumplings, and the hand pulled noodles. They have a dumpling sauce bar where we got a few dipping sauces like chili oil, sriracha, garlic and premixed dumpling sauce. The pulled noodles were my favorite. I was using the chili sauce from this dish to coat the rest of the items we got. The dumplings were delicious!!! Just the right amount of filling in each and so flavorful. I would definitely come back here again

Found this spont on Google Maps. Just did a quick search for Dumplings, and while many places popped up as 4.5 stars and higher, this was the only spot with more than 200 reviews. At 1300+ reviews I gave them a shot. They did NOT disappoint. The restaurant was surprisingly empty. A little pricey but the quality was well worth it. Think we ended up trying 8 or so items. All the dumplings and potstickers were fantastic. We also tried the wide noodles. They were a bit salty for me but that was my only complaint. Would happily eat here again.

The food was fresh and they brought out the food in about 15 minutes after ordering. The noodles were a good portion and definitely shareable. They also had a dumpling sauce bar for the chile oil and soy sauce. Overall, good food and a good environment for a date night or catching up with a friend.

First off, the restaurant was nice and open, really clean. We were greeted with a welcome and told to sit anywhere that was open.
The staff was friendly, but after the initial order and once our food came out, the service was pretty much nonexistent until we were done and they brought the check.
When it comes to the food, honestly the first thing that came to mind after we finished was ehh.
We both ordered the beef soup, I got the spicy version. Presentation-wise, it looked like they just slopped everything into the bowl. Both dishes were about 90% noodles, 5% bok choy, and maybe 5% protein. The soup itself was okay, but there was barely any beef in it… like, what’s up with that? For something called beef soup, you’d expect at least a few decent pieces.
The noodles were bland, and the noodles couldn’t even get any flavor from the broth. My girlfriend had to double take and told me the bok choy tasted like dirt, like they didn’t wash it properly. My spicy beef soup barely had any spice, it was more mild than anything. There also weren’t any condiments on the table like hot sauce or chili oil, so that didn’t help.
Overall, we left disappointed, especially considering the we paid around $40 for two bowls.
I do want to give this place another try in the future, but for now, it definitely leaves a lot to be desired.

We tried Dumpling Master and loved it! We ordered the pork buns and tonkotsu ramen — both were delicious and freshly made. The flavors were perfect, and everything tasted super fresh. The restaurant was clean with a nice, comfortable atmosphere. The servers were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this spot for great food and great service!

I have never had a bad meal here. This has become my go-to place for special occasions, like birthdays and anniversaries. I’ve taken friends here and they’ve raved about it. The popcorn chicken and the xiao long bao are my favorite dishes. Even my husband is a big fan and loves any excuse for us to go here.
