Nestled beside the Fort Indiantown Gap Military Reservation, Moose’s LZ Bar & Grill has a rich history of serving soldiers and locals alike. The original building opened as a penny arcade in 1951, quickly becoming a favorite spot to grab a cold beer and a sandwich — a tradition that proudly continues today. In 2005, Moose and Pam took over the property, once known as the Mt. Spring Inn, and gave it new life as Moose’s LZ Bar & Grill. Casual dining in a fun setting with fabulous and friendly customer service.
We got the cheesesteak, because a few reviews raved abiy it. The large handheld was served with marinara sauce and very flavorful. Great toasted sub roll.
The Farmers Burger was served on toasted sourdough with bacon, cheese, and an over easy egg. It was a drippy, tasty mess. Sooooo good. All the ingredients were really good, so it all came together to create an amazing burger.
They were both served with house made chops and a pickle. Good serving size and value for the money.
Quick service and a full menu.

I recently visited Moose’s LZ for a Celebration of Life gathering, and it was absolutely wonderful. First off—the cocktail was stunning, in both flavor and presentation. The ambiance real fun.
Our waitress deserves a special shout-out—she was funny, informative, and incredibly patient with all of us. Her warmth made the experience feel personal and genuine.
I loved it so much I’m already dreaming of a date-night return, a great drink, and good company. If you’re looking for great vibes, amazing drinks, and service that feels like home, Moose’s LZ is where you should go.

Wow!! Talk about some amazing food!! The brisket Mac and cheese was fabulous. The moose’s private stock sandwich was even better!! Our server was polite and great. The food came out hot and quick. We are dirt track fans and this was on my husband’s bucket list and it did not disappoint.

Met a friend for lunch at a half way point from each of our homes. Our weekend plans for going to an out of state event were canceled with the incoming storm.
I’m so glad our plans were interrupted to find this gem!! The atmosphere when you walk in the door was welcoming and rustic. The staff was incredible and our waitress was very attentive to checking on us through our meal. The food was absolutely delicious!!
Can’t wait to return, especially once the weather gets better to dine on the deck!

Service was great. The Delmonico steak was very good with the grilled onions and mushrooms. The garlic mashed potatoes were very good too. The Mac and cheese was okay. Not a lot of flavor, but, to each their own. The atmosphere was very nice and clean. Family friendly.

We just finished our first visit here. In from out of town and looking for a drink and good food, this place seemed worthy of checking out. Super busy- good sign! From the hostess to the bartender and manager and food runners, all the staff were excellent! Didn’t catch the name of our bartender (we sat in the back bar), but they were kicking butt! As a service industry worker myself, the fact that she remained composed and HUSTLED throughout the time we saw her is 100% amazing. Full section and she was killing it. Food was great, atmosphere was energetic and positive, prices were good and staff absolutely fantastic. Will recommend to anyone in the area.
