I ordered a Chicken Biscuit with egg and cheese, but what I got was just a biscuit with egg and cheese, no chicken at all. How do you forget the main ingredient in a Chicken Biscuit? This isn’t a small mistake, it’s a complete failure in accuracy and quality control. Extremely disappointing and not what I expect from Chick-fil-A.

The branch is extremely clean and truly impressive. Everything was more than excellent, and the food was outstanding. Honestly, it was a great experience. It’s not a branch I usually visit since it’s not close to me, but I really liked the place and the staff.

The food is great, but the service is slow. It takes over ten minutes for my order when I’m first in line in the morning every time. They don’t open until 6:30 AM and often times they open late. If you’re in a hurry, or in your way to work, this is not the place.

This Chick-fil-A constantly misses the mark.
I always get a salad here and somehow the last three times my prepackaged salad has been missing items or completely wrong. When I went to exchange my incorrect salad, a bunch of high schoolers standing around acted like we were interrupting their hangout. This, while they were essentially telling the manager no when he tried to assign other tasks other than standing. And forget about using the “mobile thru” line… you will wait even longer than ordering there somehow. Signs of mismanagement all around.

Absolutely terrible. I sat in the drive through line just to trade in a toy for an ice cream, which I have done COUNTLESS times, even at this very location. The guy taking orders told me to just tell them at the window and they’d do it. So I waited in line over 7 minutes just for this lady to tell me they don’t do it in the drive through! Again I have don’t this at least ten times, sometimes ordering other food, other times just trading it in. I’ve literally done it at this very location. Absolutely unbelievable.

Loved this new location when it opened and service/food was great. We usually always use the Mobile Thru lane and in the last several months service has declined terribly. Just came from there and I was only the 5th or 6th car online. It took 7 min to move one car length. 13min total for a mobile order. By the time I left the Mobile Thru lane was backed up almost to the drive-thru entrance. This has been a common occurrence lately and makes the Mobile Thru process pointless.

Ive been a regular here, but the service is consistently sloppy. Tonight was the second time my order was wrong. I ordered two spicy southwest salads with four ranches—got only two. Had to drive back for the missing ranch, and when I checked, the pepitas and tortilla strips that are supposed to come with the salads weren’t there at all. Two salads, one fork.

When I went inside to fix the order, nobody wanted to acknowledge me, let alone correct it properly. Management clearly isn’t paying attention. For a place that prides itself on service, this location is falling apart.

Upon reading other reviews this apparently is an ongoing issue and as of today, despite management promising improvements they’ve failed to meet the mark

04Aug2022: 5⭐: Opening Day: I would recommend this location and this restaurant. It’s open today. The restaurant has that new restaurant smell. Oh, wait a minute, that new Chick-fil-A smell!! Okay, it’s been long enough waiting outside to make sure this location is as good as the other locations I have visited. WHAT!!! It is…it is just as good as the other locations. They have balloons and plenty of people to help keep the business going. The location is great. The restaurant size seems huge compared to the other locations that seem to have issues in the parking lot. The restaurant sits off the main street with a cross street to allow for traffic to enter and exit the lot. The restaurant is clean and functional as a new location should be when opening. The food was served hot and tasty.

I don’t like to write negative reviews without contacting the restaurant. They did not respond satisfactory. We were coming back from a ball game. And ordered $50 of food ahead on the app. We arrived around 8pm and waited for 12 minutes to receive our food. At the time we arrived there was only 1 car in front of us. So it was excessive wait. We got back home and started passing out the food, only to discover my $11 salad was missing entirely. I immediately opened a case in the app to report the excessive wait in line, and ask for a refund. Usually they go above and beyond when there’s a service issue. This instance they did not address the wait nor satisfactory resolve my missing meal. There are other choices to feed my family. And this instance definitely missed the mark.

Slowest Chick Fil A I have ever been to. Went at 2:30 and they were not busy and it still took over 15 minutes for a simple mobile drive thru order. The regular drive thru line was barely moving. There were 4 cars in line when I pulled in. Ridiculous!!!
