Absolutely terrible, I got the 2 cheese burger meal and it was as if my burgers had been dunked it water. The bun was completely soggy. The fries were barely cooked, absolute trash experience.

Placed a order through the app today while I was at work to use the curbside pickup for lunch. I pull up to the curbside and thought it was strange how I wasn’t able to enter my parking spot number in. I then noticed it was changed to pick up inside or go through the drive thru, whatever. So I go to the drive thru and give my code that was given through my app, she stated that wasn’t the correct number although it was the number through the app. I was told to drive to the first window and I went to my email where it was a completely showed a different number and I even showed the lady. She just kept telling me she has no number in the que or orders showing, then she made it seem as if I was lying. Then she told me to cancel the order and replace it. I kept telling her it doesn’t give that option, she proceeded to tell me to basically get out of the drive thru to figure it out. I got no food and didn’t have time to go back through there long drive thru line so I didn’t get to eat lunch AND I paid for something I never received. My lunch break is 30 minutes, not sure how much time she thought I had. I did go to contact us on the app but I’m sure Ill never get my money back. Someone needs to fix the employees because I do feel like it was a error on their part. Its just odd when I placed the order it said curbside then it was changed to pick up inside or the drive thru. The drive thru is hideous and takes me the entire lunch break time to go through.

I wonder how that lady would feel if I treated her that way and then she wasn’t even able to eat lunch for the day?

Edit since McDonald’s response: they did nothing. Closed my case and stole my money. I haven’t been back there since. Save your time and go to exit 8 on Rossview road.

They were denying me to order food (they closed the lobby due to winter storm and pasted the information at the entrance and it’s good) from drive thru saying you need to have a car which is fine in normal cases where the lobby is open for people and people don’t have to go to drive thru and order from there..
Then I asked the lady can I do it from website she straight away said we are closing now but where open after that.

I may be right or wrong in thinking they behaved rude. However, would be great if being kind to customers and don’t make people feel down or bad!!

Most of these folks don’t even know how to make an iced coffee! No ice. And nothing but plain, bitter coffee. The nice, disabled gentleman employee took the coffee and offered to make it himself. Looked 100% better! And tasted even better than that! Some of the females that work there are rude. Don’t acknowledge you when you pull up to the first window to give them your card. Don’t say thank you or anything. Do yourself a favor and go to the Ross view location!

I thought, the McDonald’s near new Providence was bad… this one has the worst people (in particular1 girl with glasses)… I understand theyre getting swamp with prople… but this McDonalds have bad seeds. It seems theyre unsanitary to certain people, and disrespectful actions have alot to do with something personal…

Absolutely a garbage place to eat. Ordered DoorDash and the order was completely wrong. So I called in to speak to the manager and she laughed and said sorry we’ve been super busy but you’re not getting a refund and then hung up? Completely shows why you’re a manager at “”McDonald’s””. LOL Guess build a bear wasn’t hiring when you needed the job. But needless to say if you think eating here is a good idea you’d be better off heating up gas station food.

Worst McDonald’s ever. I would give it a
-1000 for a rating. We had 2 medium Big Mac meal deals. I had to ask for special sauce for the first meal because the special sauce, onions and lettuce were in the box, not on the sandwich. They gave me the sauce in a box with no utensils to apply it to my sandwich. The 2nd Big Mac the lettuce and onions were in the box also. Fries were lukewarm at best. It was 1:15 in the afternoon, so not real busy. Tables were dirty. I would NOT recommend eating here or getting food here. Also, the meat on the sandwich are half the size of a kids meal and the meat was mushy.

I placed my order on the app and went inside to get it as the drive thru was backed up. My husband and I waited 30 minutes each between the 2 of us for our order. Finally I got tired of waiting and asked where my food was. I was told by 2 separate employees that they couldn’t find my order and then they walked off without helping me. Finally I spoke to the manager and was told that my food had been ready and waiting at the drive thru for over 20 minutes already. I was given cold food and that was it. No trying to rectify the terrible situation. I ended up leaving about 45 minutes later with cold food. Terrible service all around. I do not recommend ever coming to this location.

Nova helped us and she was absolutely wonderful. Very nice. Very friendly. Very sweet. I was having a issue with the kiosk and she stopped what she was doing to take care of us! She definitely went above and beyond! I highly recommend her when coming to mcdonalds. You can’t get no better than nova! Thank you nova and all the mcdonalds staff they wete all sweet and the food was fresh and amazing!
