We came here for the first time today to try it out. We had seen pictures of the food and just had to come. We ordered $3 Smash Burgers (different from everywhere else) and $3 fries, crispy not wimpy. We ordered a third Smash Burger because its do delish. The owner talked with us for a while. We will be back to try other menu items. And, we will be back to check out their Thursday night karaoke..
This is the old Brunos.
Come try it for yourselves. The menu item prices are actually really good compared to other restaurants.

This is the spot on top. Atmosphere, drinks, food, and more await you at the Bleu Carre. I was desperate for a decent hookah bar that actually came to play, and can I say, this is the place to be. Come check out the newest addition to the Pontchartrain strip and be amazed at the menu that has no business slappin this hard. With tunes this good, food this delicious, and atmosphere this vibing. I would be surprised if the Bleu Carre was not the number one spot in Slidell very soon. Its no secret, we’ll be seeing yall again.
