Shout out to the cook working in the late morning on February 2nd. You made my husband’s day on our anniversary. I don’t know if in the fourteen years we’ve been together I’ve ever made him as happy as he was eating that bacon yesterday.
The food really is so good, filling, and inexpensive. It was less than $40 for two big breakfast plates, a specialty juice, and a dessert.
The service was also fantastic and the restaurant was clean. Another shout out to our waitress, Destiny. She was a sweetheart.
It’s become a tradition to stop here when we’re in the area and we’re looking forward to our next trip while wishing we had one closer.

We visited Bob Evans for breakfast and, as always, it’s a great place to go especially around the Niagara, NY area, where there aren’t too many good breakfast options. One thing I really like is that you can substitute items to match your preferences.

The food was okay but not much flavor. I asked for onions in the hash browns and they were cooked separately. That was the first. Didn’t trust drinking from the glass. May need a better dish washer.

I placed a pickup order days ahead to be picked up today. I went to the location about 15 minutes early in case the order was ready and I didn’t want the staff to have to stay late if they were busy waiting on my pickup. When I arrived the staff was confused and didn’t know where my order was. A woman said maybe it just didn’t come through the computer yet, and asked to see my phone to see my order so she could get it ready. I heard her say a few times it probably hadn’t come through yet. But this is odd since I placed it so many days ahead of time, and it was supposed to be cold packed for me. They rushed to get it ready which I appreciate, but the pie was put insideways and is cracked. Also the food is warm, even though the website said I would be cold packed. I asked the employee if I would be okay to have it for tomorrow and he said yeah just keep it in the fridge overnight. However there are no reheating instructions so I guess I just have to wing it? Also it is in plastic containers so I will have to use my own containers to reheat everything, which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering anyway. I am extremely dissatisfied and deeply regret placing this order to begin with and also tipping ahead of time. What happened to the computer system that they didn’t get my order? I saw other orders ready and mine wasn’t. The employees tried their hardest but honestly none of this is right and I wouldn’t have paid $20 for this much less $85. I’m sorry to complain on Christmas but this really is unacceptable.

Pat was our waitress and she was warm and extra attentive. Jazz (Jasmine) checked us out and she was energetic and joyful. Another worker greeted us and said Howdy y’all and put a huge smile on mine and my husband’s face. Food was amazing. Warm and cozy and clean atmosphere. Great place.

I loved the customer service from Ms. Patty; she is so kind and has a charming face. The food has an authentic taste, and I loved it.
Must try their cappuccino, caramel mocha, omelets, pancakes, amazing chicken tenders, tasty cinnamon bites, and fresh soft biscuits.
I would highly recommend this place; it’s better than other options like IHOP, Perkins, and others.

Food was good – it took 30 minutes to get it that’s why the 3 stars. We were about to leave as we had a busy day scheduled but we stuck around (escalation of commitment).
