Others who ordered after me got their orders before me. When I went to ask for my order, I saw it sitting on their back counter. It was only after walking up that I received my order.

I’m on a timed schedule, second time at this location, and same situation where I get skipped three times, waited and never got serviced. Worst ever costumer service. Took myself to JACK N THE BOX. And tell me why that was a wayyy better experience!

One of the worst McDonalds i have been to. 11:45PM. The line was perhaps 8 cars. It was so slow cars were backing out of the drive through and also getting out of line and leaving. We sat for 15 minutes at the kiosk before being able to order. The kiosk display was legible, and the order taker was competent. The food however was gross and stale. The fries were soggy and tepid, the nuggets were warm cardboard, and the double cheese burgers were rubber on stale bread. Yuck!! 2 stars because they had a drive through trash can and they got the order right. Quality and speed were zero. It was about $19 to feed 2 people with no drinks, using the value menu. Note that slightly further down the same road is Arby’s, in n out, and Wendy’s. Try one of those before you go to this McDonald’s hoping for good or even fast food. I can’t explain why they offer a braille menu in the drive through, or how the blind or illiterate would know to ask for the picture menu. I guess they are being accommodating. I hope we are not having blind people in the DRIVE THROUGH. Or perhaps self driving cars have finally matured, in which case, hoorah!

There was no employee standing at the register and I had to wait a long time before I could order.

Walked in to a crowd of people waiting both to order and for their food. Looked behind the counter and the employees were just laughing and joking around instead of helping anyone. I (along with several others) waited over 30 minutes for a single item. Completely unorganized and unprofessional.

Just went through the drive-through they didn’t ask if we wanted a large small or medium told them we wanted Coke to drink. They must’ve put something in the soda cause that was not Coca-Cola and my fries were not large. They were small tried calling you guys back. No one answered. I will be back tomorrow though.
