It’s a normal McDonald’s. The service was fine today. Food tastes like it should. Tables and floor needed to be cleaned, but not terrible, just needed a bit of attention. This location is spacious enough on the inside where there is plenty of seating. The tables and chairs are arranged well. They have the kiosk for ordering like every place else basically has nowadays. It’s self-serve soda so no asking the people behind the counter for refills. It was fine.

This is the worst McDonald’s in the area. Every single time I go through their Drive-Thru, I am asked to park and wait so they can, “make it fresh.” Nothing is ever ready and all I normally order is a Quarter Pounder and fries. Tonight was the last straw for me. After waiting almost ten minutes after using the drive-thru for my food, I got home to find the Quarter Pounder wasn’t even cooked. The entire center of the burger is raw meat. I will never go back.

Worst McDonald’s ever! I ordered two Mc double meals and a coffee. I got two Mc double meals with one Coke and one coffee. At the window I asked for my other Coke but they said i got a coffee instead. I wasn’t aware that you could swap out cokes for coffees either. I told the person at the window that I paid for the coffee in addition to the Mc double meals so I should have three drinks instead of two. The person at the window had to get the manager who apparently doesn’t know how to add or read because the manager told me I got a coffee and a Coke. I said no I ordered two Mc double meals and a coffee that I paid for so I should have two cokes and a coffee. Even after giving the manager the receipt so she could look at it and see that I paid for the coffee she still tried to rip me off one of my cokes! One of the other people inside pointed out my other Coke sitting on the counter and the manager handed it to me, but was very rude and nasty. It would’ve been OK if she said sorry about that ma’am. I didn’t see it on the counter or anything to that effect. But she didn’t. Lousy customer service! I shouldn’t have to argue with a manager over a soda that I paid for. Not to mention my coffee had way too much chocolate syrup in it and tasted like a chocolate milk. Additionally, I’ve never had crusty burger from McDonald’s, but this one got that too, and they never asked me if I wanted to donate money to the Ronald McDonald house or whatever in the heck it was but they had the nerve to take $.68 from me without even asking! This by far is the worst McDonald’s I have ever gone to in life!

First off, I don’t understand what standards you have set, but something needs to change EXPEDITIOUSLY. It starts with first contact, I got no greeting, just “you using your app”. Then a pause, with no direction like am I supposed to order now or never?? After I ordered, no have a good day, just pull forward. Like you have got to be kidding me right now. No greeting, no following through. Once I got to the second window, I had been directed to wait for food, not bad, but there were two children with no direction. The girl with my food walked every car but mine, no lie, she went to four car until she got to mine. When she got to my car after I waved to her she had to guess about the food in the bag. If there are standards, please use therm. Because that was ridiculous.

Chicken strips were close to burnt.4 were stuck together in a clump. Took em apart and the picture shows what I got. Never going to McDonalds again. Horrible horrible horrible. Was also still a lil frozen were they clumped together. Place sucks. Will go to Bojangles from now on

Staff were pleasant. When we got home our food was horrible! The Big Mac patties were burnt and hard as a hockey puck and absolutely drowning in special sauce. The Quarter Pounder with cheese patty was also hard and inedible. We had to wait for our food so you would their the fries were at least hot, but they were barely warm when we got our order. I used to like eating at this location, but it has seriously gone downhill. We will not be back!

I used a reward for a free chicken sandwich in the app and waiting in line but when I got to the food window, they told me I had to go all the way back in line because I didn’t go the payment window. Why would I go to the payment window when I used a free reward online? So I go back and the line is now twice as long so I cancel the order. Thank you for wasting 20 minutes of my life

First of all they forgot all of our sauces, which we ordered and paid for extra of, then I went inside to ask for them and the manager on duty looked at me from the back and shook her hand at me like what do you need? So I said I just need some sauce, I just went through the drive thru, she handed me one of each sauce I asked for as she huffed at me. I asked for a few of each because we had a large order and she asks what I ordered. I tried to hand her the receipt so she could see we ordered extra sauce and she said she didnt need it and handed me a SINGULAR EXTRA SAUCE! Im baffled at this point at her attitude and do not appreciate it at all. I just gave up after that and left only to realize that 2 of our sandwiches were also missing from our order! Truly a terrible experience.

Was craving a quarter pounder and fries. Very good. Nothing they could prevent but when the fries get cold, to me it’s the end of those.

I frequent this McDonald’s due to the fact that it is very close to my college apartment (3-5 minutes). I have never had problems at this one. I place mobile orders when I can, but have had to use the drive-through before. Either way, the people working here are very friendly, and my order has been accurate every time despite having customizations on the majority of my items.
