This place is disgusting. I ordered a medium rare steak that came out completely raw. I asked for a new one and the manager was extremely rude and condescending trying to tell me I don’t know what medium rare is. She microwaved it and it was still rare. Sent it back again asking for a new one since the cheese on top was burnt and the asparagus got overcooked from the microwave and they once again microwaved it and gave me burnt overcooked plate back. I told my server I needed made new as it was completely inedible. I had to get it to go at that point I had been there over an hour and my bf had finished his food already. Never in my life I’ve I had a manager at a restaurant be that rude and to ruin my food on purpose to the point that I left hungry. Do not come here it’s a waste of money. The food wasn’t even comped after all that! Absolutely insane.

Dining alone at LongHorn can be a mixed experience. As a party of one, I felt slightly overlooked compared to the larger groups nearby. My server visited only four times. once to greet me, once to take my order, a third time to drop off a second drink after I had been thirsty for most of my meal, and finally to deliver the check. I understand he had several other tables, but a little more attention would have made the experience feel more welcoming.
Service aside, the food mostly impressed me. This was my second visit, and I began with the Spicy Chicken Bites, which remain a perfect 10 out of 10. They are crispy, flavorful, and pack just the right amount of heat. For my main dish, I ordered the Outlaw Ribeye cooked medium rare, with sides of asparagus and Brussels sprouts.
The steak had the signature LongHorn flavor I expected, but it arrived only lukewarm, as if it had been sitting in the kitchen for a while before being served. The asparagus, which had been wonderfully savory on my last visit, lacked that same appeal this time. It felt flat and unseasoned compared to before. The Brussels sprouts, however, were excellent. Their light sweetness added a pleasant surprise that complemented the dish well.
Despite the uneven service and a few inconsistencies in flavor, LongHorn still offers a satisfying meal. Overall, I would rate this visit an 8.4 out of 10

The food at LongHorn was great, but the service was disappointing. I waited 30 minutes for a table and 15 minutes for a server to acknowledge me. The food took too long, and my drink arrived last.
On the plus side, the shrimp appetizer was delicious, and the dragon fruit margarita was one of the best I’ve had. Great food, but the slow service needs improvement.

3 overall stars because it’s nothing amazing and it’s not bad. It’s what you’d expect from a chain steakhouse. The steak is good. I’ve never had a bad steak here, but I’ve never been flabbergasted by the flavor either. The other day I tried the Parmesan crusted chicken… I’d give that an 8/10. It was better than I expected. The atmosphere is loud, a lot of small kids, but it is a family spot so it’s to be expected. If you want a dinner date, pick a nicer steakhouse. This is a family dinner place. You’re not gonna impress no one by taking them here. The service is always good. I never have to wait too long for a table and the servers are attentive for the most part.

Unless you like your food well done this is not the place for you! This is 3 minutes from my job so very convenient. I order food medium and it came back burnt. Then I tried medium rare. Came back burnt. Tried one last time, burnt. I give up. Will not be returning.

Stopped by yesterday, New Year’s Eve 2025 with the family. Many restaurants closed. The staff great great to us. Very welcoming and our waiter was excellent and attentive. No one wants to work New Year’s Eve, they would rather be home but we are so very thankful that they were welcoming and kind. The food was excellent. After weeks of cleaning our home and decorating for two major holidays, we just needed a break. We had such a good time at this restaurant. We recommend it. Thank you again to the staff who worked New Year’s Eve.
