Overall, the experience was absolutely horrible and tonight was the icing on the cake… And I’m a local resident of the area, so this is written after several times! The place was beyond dirty and disgusting for a fast food place! The food was cold by the time it got to us, the fries were warm and soggy, the soda’s were flat and the staff was not that friendly and when mentioned that the place was a dirty and the tables needed attention, the response was “oh well, go write a review”… So here I am! There is a clear lack of leadership at this establishment and as someone who has leadership skills in various different jobs including management in fast food, these employees are lucky I don’t run the show there, because if I did, they would learn the definition of “if you have time to lean, you have time to clean and if don’t wanna clean, then clock out, go home and lean on your own countertop and I will call someone in who wants to work”! I honestly would rather travel to a different McDonald’s than subject my family to a sesame seed above deplorable conditions and horrendous customer service. The place is a bunch of kids ran by a troglodyte of a manager to say the least. Avoid this place at all costs if you can and go to the next closest McDonald’s for a better experience with more fresh food and drink.
***If and when I return to this location, I’ll update my review. Just wish the owner would do something about this. This place is in the town I call home and really hope this place makes a turn around***

We tried this McDonald’s on our way to PA, and ordered a Spicy McChicken and a latte. The food was okay, but the service was really disappointing. I had to wait a long time just for one McChicken, and when I asked for a Splenda with my latte, they completely forgot. Overall, very slow and careless service — definitely not impressed.

My recent visit to this McDonald’s location was unfortunately one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. The quality of the food was significantly below the brand’s standard, and the issues spanned across nearly every item in my order.
The Quarter Pounders were noticeably dry, making the meat tough and unappetizing. Similarly, the chicken McNuggets were so overcooked that they were shrunken, dry, and entirely inedible—a stark contrast to the juicy, tender nuggets I expect.
The side items fared no better. The fries were cold and completely unsalted, tasting limp and stale as a result.
Finally, the sweet tea, a simple beverage, was also a major failure. It was so watered down that it was neither sweet nor did it have any discernible tea flavor.
Overall, the food was served cold, dry, and lacked the basic seasonings and flavor profiles expected from McDonald’s. I sincerely hope management addresses these pervasive kitchen and quality control issues. This was not the quality I expect, and I cannot recommend this location based on this experience.

Usual McDonald’s. Building is nice, seems newer. Bathroom was very clean, which is a nice surprise. Beautiful views of some of the Appalachian Mountains.

This was my first time visiting this McDonald’s location, and I left extremely disappointed. I asked for extra tartar sauce on my Filet-O-Fish, and instead of a little extra, I got what felt like half a bottle. The sandwich was drowned in sauce—it was messy, soggy, and completely ruined the meal.
To make matters worse, the bun was hard like it had been sitting out way too long. I had already gotten back on the highway and couldn’t turn around, so the whole thing ended up being a waste of money.

Trash manager and crew. I ordered a happy meal. Had to pay extra to get the toy because they didn’t put my order in correctly. It was hard raining so I wanted to close my window and just go to the next window. When I told them that they got my order wrong the kid at the window was telling me it’s my fault! The happy meal is 6.99 I paid that for the nuggets and apple juice and I still had to pay an additional $5 for the toy! What was supposed to be a nice little treat for my toddler just once again showed me that it’s not even worth it as this particular location continues to be trash

Lady working the front was malicious and petty. Ordered on the app from the table fully expecting my food to be brought out to me on a tray as the other guests recieved. 30 minutes later I had still not received my food. Went up front and she points at the bag and says its right there and then admits to me that she saw me sitting 3 different times instead of bringing me the food. After arguing with me back and forth, getting her last word in they did remake it.
