had a very disappointing experience at the Popeyes location at 290 Grayson Highway in Lawrenceville (Store #11179). I visited about 20–30 minutes ago, and the customer service I witnessed was extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming.

The cashier, who appeared to be an older light-skinned woman with a blonde pixie haircut, had a very nasty and dismissive attitude from the start. There was no greeting, no patience, and no effort to provide basic customer service. Her tone and demeanor were cold, irritated, and unfriendly, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable.

I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but when you work in customer service, professionalism and respect should still be maintained. Customers are the reason businesses operate, and the way we are treated matters. Her behavior made it very clear that she did not want to be there or assist customers, and that energy was felt immediately.

This experience was so off-putting that I will not be returning to this location. Management seriously needs to address customer service standards here, because interactions like this reflect poorly on the entire store and brand.

I hope leadership takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving the customer experience at this location.

I had 2 orders last night my chicken strips were like chicken nuggets small as hell my chicken was regular instead of spicy and they gave me Mac n cheese instead of fries the guy didn’t even let me know or asked if I was okay with it plus he said the machine for the frozen strawberry was broken like McDonald’s like what !??? He took forever with my order then told me he was the only person working like that’s not my problem that’s why yall should hire more people I would give yall 0 starts if I could horrible customer service and food quality nasty nasty nasty never again when I called to complain they kept on having up the phone on me apart from my chicken being raw including my chicken strips I deserve a refund

The food and service were both terrible. I wanted to go through the drive-thru, but I had to get out and go inside because they gave me the wrong food, and it even had a BUG in it!

The manger was so rude and very unwell trained. Yelling at his employees. Finally get my food and it’s Raw. Bloody and raw. I go back to get a new Oder and the manager Melton is ignoring me for 10 whole minutes. No other customers.

I go through Drive through Sunday 02/15/2026 the nice young lady said we don’t have receipts,out of the white paper,I ordered a 16 piece 3 sides,also 12 piece of garlic parmerson wings, and shrimp,they gave me lemon pepper and one side was missing the mac and cheese we were taking it to friends like forty minutes away so we were disappointed called for hours no answer called customer service and you had to have a receipt to put a complaint,I’m done with t his location and said to the young girl if my order is not right without a receipt I cant call back,she said im filling in helping this store very busy,but I’ll make sure its correct,also pouring down raining so when the young lady bought out because we ordered so much had to wait she said i made sure it was right,don’t worry its all there,which was ABSOLUTELY wrong,the food we got b was good but if you don’t get all your order its just leaves a NASTY taste,check your orders or better yet don’t use this location ALWAYS have problems

​Extremely disappointed with my 8-piece chicken order. Instead of a standard mix, I received 6 wings and only 2 other pieces. The wings barely had any meat on them. Very poor piece distribution and definitely not worth the price

Went to Popeyes and had such a great experience! The service was awesome, very friendly, upbeat people. Mr. O was especially kind and made me feel welcome. Kash was also a superstar and was very attentive and quick and was very kind. She’s a brilliant girl and was able to take our very extensive order very well without messing up and went over it with us to check. You could tell the whole team was happy to be there and enjoyed what they were doing. It made the visit so much better. Definitely the best Popeyes location ever. We drove all the way from Buford and will forever be loyal customers!

I received an offer via my cell phone company so I used it and ordered three chicken strips with sauce for my son and wings for myself with sauce. Ordinarily I don’t go to Popeyes because their service is terrible.

I visited Popeyes after completing my order on their app. I picked my order up on 12/3/25 between 6:30-6:50. As usual, there was a line in drive-thru. When I pulled forward, I sat there for approximately 5-10 minutes with no one acknowledging me. When someone finally does, I’m asked if I’m a rewards member. I respond that I am and that I placed my order through the app. I was then told to come inside.

When I go inside, the cashier asks my name and if I was at the drive-thru and asked to come inside. I said yes and she said, “I told her not to ask you to come inside.” My food was bagged and sitting with the mobile and delivery orders.

Since, they weren’t helping anyone in drive-thru, why would it take them so long to tell me they weren’t going to help me? Also, unless the drive-thru window was inoperable, why no just have me pull around and hand me bag of food? Third, I can’t help but wonder why there wasn’t a sign on the drive thru board advising customers to come inside.

My cell phone company provides great service. I don’t understand why they would partner with a company that doesn’t value their customers. When I tried to complete their survey there was an error. I went on their website and had to chat with an AI bot. When I was able to select the slow service, the response was that they have been busy. This is a company that is so used to making people wait, they don’t appear to care and it seems as though it should be accepted as standard operating procedures.

What is even more irritating is that they couldn’t even bother to give me the sauce that I requested. I forgot to check before leaving.

Disheartened by the service I received today. I don’t normally come to Popeyes, and their menu is constantly flipping between 2 different screens so it’s hard to read exactly what I want before it’s changing again.

I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender combo, and didn’t realize that it didn’t come in that size. I specifically mentioned that I wanted chicken tenders. When I noticed it was rung up wrong, I told the young lady at the window exactly what I wanted and she fixed it for me.

It was the manager, who also took my order that came around the corner and said I never said “tenders” but I did, he may have just not heard me. He then takes my box out of the bag and looks very frustrated by my order, explaining to the cashier that I never said that and I was wrong. It made me feel like a burden and an inconvenience and I almost drove off because I didn’t really want to support an establishment who visibly does not care about their customers.

Thank you to the lady at the window for helping me, you were really nice. I have pretty bad anxiety and I do not frequent restaurants I don’t know the menu of, this definitely did not help.

Had a great experience at this location!! I was on the way home from grocery shopping and made a quick stop to this Popeyes location for dinner. When I got home I could tell that my food was fresh. Everything was delicious especially the Mac n cheese, chicken, and the mango frozen drink that the cashier recommended. The star of the day was the cashier. I just want to thank Cash for her awesome customer service. From the time I placed my order at the drive through to getting to the window her customer service was top tier. Thank you for the awesome customer service and a great meal ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
