3rd time visiting and the 3rd time something went wrong! 1st it took 10 min to be greeted at the front, then they had to cook the food (I can wait for this process), however I get to my job and pull out my sandwich and my sandwich is burnt to a crsip!!!!crisp!!!!! Absolutely never coming back to this location again

It’s obvious that everyone loves Popeyes and with that comes challenges when everyone is rushing to get it. I am not sure who the manager is but I feel like there needs to be a robust plan to get the food out quicker. I was in line for 15 minutes with only one car ahead of me and there were three people in line at the time. This was at 1PM. Fry up a plethora of pieces to have them ready. Customer service was great as usual. Staff was very polite and respectful.

I have eaten at this location several times and it would seem to be much better last summer than it is now. But they did fix the massive pothole that used to be behind the building. I ordered a regular chicken sandwich and a hot apple pie for my dinner. Last summer it used to be really big piece of chicken that would actually hang outside of the bread it was so large and it was crispy on the outside and delicious on the inside. It was a little bit on the soggy side this time and I bit into it and it was “done”… But it was not really 100% cooked. (If you know what I mean.) I like my chicken done all the way through. I’m talking “White” inside… no pink! It might feel done when you are starving and you just decide to keep eating. But I had to take this chicken and put it in a container and put it in the microwave for about 45 seconds to finish cooking this dinner. If my grandmother saw this chicken sandwich she would have slapped me. (LoL) The apple pie tasted okay but it wasn’t fantastic. This whole meal reminds me of a restaurant called “Golden Skillet”. They used to have the same chicken sandwich way way back a long long time ago and it was very good. This sandwich was okay… but I hate to say that I probably would have to go to another location to see if somebody can do it better.

This place was a mess. EXTREMELY slow. I saw the manager take a cell phone from someone doing a DoorDash with his bare hands, hand it back to the delivery guy and proceed to pull chicken from the bin WITH HIS BARE HANDS…(Is FECES a secret ingredient??)

I’ve ordered Chicken meal, It was uncooked, very salty. The dining ares was very dirty. Unprofessional and mannerless employees. Manager’s(or could be shift leader) attitudes was completely unacceptable coz he was busy flattering with other female employee during customer having meal. Management should take serious notes in this matter.

Probably the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Didn’t give me half order. Tried to substitute apple sauce in place of apple juice for my daughter. Bought 4 strawberry biscuits. Was given 3 with no icing and an explanation of “idk why they charged you for these and let you order them without the icing” . I ended up leaving the store because i had been in the drive through for 30 minutes and inside for 10 trying to get my correct order. So pretty much wasted money. Food was cold by time all that was done. Two managers were there…. Neither stepped in..

Employees don’t know the difference between spicy and mild. Employees don’t know the difference between thighs and breasts. A male employee was sent home prior to jumping into the face of a female employee because he didn’t want to do the dishes. I understand you may need help but stop hiring just anybody to represent your company. Too many “hood faces”and “hood mentalities” in this place. I will NEVER return. I’ll drive the extra miles to get chicken from another Popeye’s!

The chicken was okay. The Cajun rice tastes weird like it was old. The young guy at the window had a bad personality. He acted mute the entire time we were at the window and barely held the bags up for me to get my order. It’s like he wanted to somehow drop the order which would have been dumb because then his team would have had to remake my order smh. To management, hire people that actually WANT to work!

I swear they will hire just anybody!! So unprofessional and rude. I had a mobile order set to be picked up from inside when I got there the guy inside just put his hand in the air and made a circle like go to the drive-thru okay so I do that I get to the window none of the sauces that are requested where in my bag I had to ask for them I did not receive any utensils and I forgot my daughter’s large fry I called five times as I drove back to the restaurant nobody ever picks up here I cut in line and pulled up to the window told them I was missing my large fry and he just handed me the box of large fries no bag or anything this is ridiculous!! And the chicken looks like it could be breaded better and cooked a little longer very pale.

This particular Popeyes is hit and miss. Most of the time the food is hot and fresh and they get the order right, but other times it’s all messed up and/or not fresh. The lobby never appears to be open, and the drive thru is usually busy. Overall, I’d recommend this Popeyes.
