We stopped by there for lunch in early June. Parking was easy. We ordered one chicken sandwich and two spicy cool wraps. The service was good and the food was pretty good. We would happily go back there again.

I want to start by saying that I love Chick-fil-a. I don’t often visit on Saturday but I stopped in today with my elderly, handicapped mother. It was a zoo. The customers waiting for take out orders were blocking the main entrance making it difficult to bring a walker through the crowd. Every table was full so I ordered our food to go just in case we had to eat in the car. My mom needed to use the restroom so we headed there. There was a line of cheerleaders because only one stall was open. The handicap stall was not usable –the hands-free flush was not working and there was a unmentionable mess left behind. My mom had some difficulty getting in and out of the small stall but she managed. I reported the difficulty to the store manager who said he had to find someone to help because as a man her couldn’t enter the woman’s room. That sounded very suspicious to me. Granted, the store was extremely busy but perhaps taking care of a risky bathroom situation is more urgent than filling the next order. He shouted to another employee (a woman) to take care of it. She was also very busy filling orders and could not immediately pull herself away from her station. Not sure that bathroom issue was resolved….Finally my order was called and we found a seat to eat lunch. Fries and nuggets ok, but he two sandwiches I ordered were not in the bag. Another trip to the counter. Apologies were made but I thought, what is happening here?? Chick-fil-a you are seriously slipping….

We had an amazing experience here! When we arrived there was a tour bus of choir kids inside the restaurant. On top of usual traffic, it was chaotic to say the least. The staff never showed any frustrations or anger with anything. Manager Ryan was exceptional! He jumped in to help his staff, brought orders out to tables, continued to check in on all customers and staff alike, all while smiling and being genuinely happy. If we lived closer, we would come to this location more often as it was just a great experience.

Chick-fil-A is a very good place to eat. They have affordable prices, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Their fries are really good and have a unique look. Without a doubt, it’s a place I recommend and definitely worth visiting.

Food was horrible. The nuggets were hard and dried out, fries luke warm. 1st time I ever experienced this. They are usually food is fresh and hot. I would have returned it if I had tasted food prior to leaving restaurant. Maybe I caught what was left over from the afternoon rush. Hope it was a onetime incident.

Food is great, prices are reasonable. Only complaint is that the cars for on-line pickup orders and in person orders are merged, so if you order ahead you often have to wait for the other orders to be filled. Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering on-line!

Within the last few months, this place has gone downhill. I’ll get an incorrect order, the fries are over cooked, they forgot a sauce or the chick fila sandwich is ridiculously salty. My last salad didn’t have a filet on it, just crumbled pieces of chicken and the lettuce is wilted. My kale salad was bone dry and already going rancid. It’s confusing because when they first opened everything was 95% perfect. I don’t mind if they are busy and I have to wait, all I ask is my order is correct.

While I can’t agree with the politics of the company, I will say that this location is clean and well managed. I truly appreciate the manager recognizing me as a delivery driver and taking the time to thank me. Thank you for being gracious.

We stopped here to grab a quick chocolate milkshake and waffle fries. As usual, the service was efficient and fast, the atmosphere was super clean, and of course, the food was good as always.
