A Tex-Mex menu & margaritas are served at this long-standing (since 1973) eatery with festive decor.

Came here and had the Dragonfruit Mezcalero as well as the Mil Amores and La Santa. The drinks were IMMACULATE. It’s been a while since I’ve had really good drinks at a Mexican restaurant. The were well balanced and strong! I also saw they had brunch. Will be returning for that as well

We’ve been coming to La Hacienda for over 20 years, and it continues to be our absolute favorite. The food is always delicious, consistent, and full of authentic flavor. Their margaritas? Hands down the best in town.
One of the things that keeps us coming back is the incredible staff. Many of them — including Melchor and others — have been there for years and truly feel like family. The warm atmosphere and familiar faces make every visit special.
La Hacienda is an awesome restaurant and, in our opinion, the only truly great Mexican food in Cypress. Highly recommended!

The experience to was fairly average. We ordered the spinach and shrimp quesadillas and the chicken and beef fajitas. The food was fine but nothing memorable—the flavors were a bit bland, and the shrimp in the quesadillas felt a little overcooked. While the fajitas were decent, they didn’t stand out in any way.
On a positive note, the ambience was great! The restaurant had a lively, festive atmosphere that made the dining experience enjoyable. Paired with excellent service—the staff was attentive and friendly throughout our meal—it definitely had the right vibe.
Overall, it’s a nice spot if you’re looking for a fun environment, but the food itself didn’t leave me eager to return.

First time here. We ordered to go for New Years Day and was happy they were open. We had the Caldo de Res, Fideo Mexicano and Beef Combination plate. All was delicious. The packaging of the order was nice and neat. I was impressed. Nothing was missing they even gave us chips and salsa. We will be back!

Been living super close for almost 2 years, decided to try on a whim. They served green salsa so we loved that, queso was good (kinda tasted like Velveeta though), plate was good but didn’t think it would be stuffed with extra stuff inside. Will definitely come back to try something different!

Horrible service! We came for Mother’s Day and our server Kendall was absolutely horrible. The food was bland. I ordered El Vaquero and they brought us a bland unseasoned steak that was 90% fat and barely any meat. Their chile con queso appetizer is just regular bland canned cheese. The entire food was bland and the server looked at us sideways for asking for napkins? She was like ugh you want paper napkins? Like yes please oh and ketchup and she never returned till we asked another server for the items. The kids food same issue. Bland and frozen food we could have made from home. The food was bland and the service was horrible. Would never recommend.

The restaurant looks fabulous from inside! Apparently this is a local favorite.
The restaurant is large and the interiors lift up your mood since the place is so vibrant.
We ordered the queso and chips and the enchiladas and of course the margarita.
The enchiladas were nice. The margarita a little too sweet for me.
Overall a nice experience!

Food and atmosphere are great. Service was a tad bit slow, and there were only 2 other tables during lunch time. I was a bit surprised to see a “togo fee” on an additional item I placed to take home after eating in restaurant.

Love the authentic Mexican hacienda vibes you get upon entering! The service was fast and prompt, but I was there on a Sunday at lunch. Margaritas are strong, Queso is great and I live the green salsa! We had a quesadilla plate and el taco carbon, mixed meats. We got our food so fast it was amazing! A local favorite – we will be back!

I opted for the solo beef fajitas and cheese queso, but unfortunately, both were returned. The cheese was subpar, even worse than expected, and disappointingly cold. The fajitas’ beef was notably tough, leaving me unimpressed. Despite the waiter’s efforts to rectify the situation and a pleasant atmosphere, my primary goal in a restaurant is to enjoy the food. Regrettably, I cannot currently recommend this place due to the unsatisfactory food even my kids pizza was nasty. The salsa they give you with the chips…again….not worth it. I am thinking is this tomato soup??? Ha…even the candy they gave my 5year old he spit out. And he eats all candy.
