I wondered that beautiful girl staff forgot to give me my Medium Drink as I ordered a set of Medium Spicy Chicken with MD Drink to sit and enjoy eating in this Wendy’s. But in the shop is not crowded, so I can get back to ask for it. People who ordered online food, please check food for sure it’s completely before take away. The most important for me and many people from very far need to use toilet but here it’s full of mess, I found. Please keep it always clean. Thank you.

I didn’t want to review this place the first time I came I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is my 6th time and all you see is filth, the restaurant has lots of fly flying around which makes me really disgusted, the place smells bad the soda machine is dirty the counter is dirty there’s no lids for your cup and everyone is just taking the sweet time in the back and on top of all they fooling around!!!!!!!! (This is directly to management)
(Sincerely manager or district manager seems not to care!!)

The sandwich I order suppose to come with nine strips of bacon and I got 3. The sandwich suppose to not come with onions, pickles, tomato & lettuce and all of that came on there. I got 3 things of bacon. This place has no Ice. Terrible customer service too.

There are too many online orders that were prioritized over the people who ordered in person. We waited for 15 minutes to order food. They did not have the 2 other people to handle their traffic. It’s a good problem but poorly executed. The drive-thru, counter, and online orders overwhelmed everyone, and very little was done well. Hopefully, they can fix it.

I visited this restaurant three times consecutively and was disappointed each time. I ordered the spicy chicken Asiago club sandwich every time, and they consistently messed up my order. Either they didn’t provide me with the exact item I ordered or they forgot something from my order. I’m not sure who takes the orders, but it’s always a complete mess. They need to pay attention and listen carefully to the customers.

Title: Appalling, Disrespectful, and an Embarrassment to the Wendy’s Brand
From the moment I entered the Wendy’s on Bloomfield Avenue in Bloomfield, NJ, I was met with an unidentifiable, foul odor that instantly made me question the cleanliness and sanitation of this location. The smell was so offensive that it set the tone for the entire experience.
As I approached the counter, I found two employees engaged in a personal conversation, completely ignoring me and three other customers who were clearly waiting to place orders. We stood there for several minutes without so much as a greeting, acknowledgment, or apology for the delay.
Frustrated at being blatantly ignored, I politely interrupted to ask for the manager. One employee, instead of addressing my request professionally, smirked, laughed in my face, and told me she was “tired.” She then laughed again, as if my request for service was amusing. She eventually claimed she would get the manager, but instead disappeared to the back, leaving us waiting another ten minutes.
When she finally returned, there was still no manager in sight—only the same employee, wearing the same smirk, and continuing to laugh in my face as though my time and business were meaningless.
This behavior was not only shockingly unprofessional, but downright disrespectful. The combination of the filthy odor, the total absence of customer service, and the smug, mocking demeanor of the staff paints a clear picture: this location has no respect for customers and no standards for service or cleanliness.
I will not be returning, and I strongly urge Wendy’s corporate to investigate this store, retrain or replace the staff, and address the cleanliness issues immediately. If this level of neglect and disrespect continues, I will be forwarding this complaint to the local health department and relevant consumer protection agencies to ensure this location is held accountable.
