We ordered the eggplant and daikon, fried rice, and mango chicken, and every dish was bursting with flavor and perfectly balanced. You can taste the care in the spices and textures — nothing feels heavy, just deeply satisfying. The drinks were also a highlight — strong, tasty, and thoughtfully mixed.
The space itself has a moody, intimate vibe with dim lighting and warm tones that make it feel both stylish and inviting. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Burma Superstar or new to Burmese cuisine, Burma Love is absolutely worth the visit. ️
Fresh Young Coconut water – adorable!!
Tip: they cut open the coconut after you are done and you can eat the coconut meat 🙂

Burmese Style Eggplant Red Curry
There are clean bathrooms, and the ambiance is really nice. The bar area is huge and well decorated, but we sat at the booth section.
i really enjoyed the service, our waiters were efficient and fun. They really made sure to keep things going. The food also came out super duper fast! We got the shan noodles, which they mixed up for us table side. I did also like their sparkling water.
I would come here again for another special day, but I might also try their other sister locations.
Pricing (Medium-High) – This restaurant leans a bit more expensive (+$25 per plate), but the quality of the food is generally high.
Wait Times (Modest) – This place gets quite busy, but lately the wait has been modest (5-15 minutes). I don’t think they do reservations, but you probably don’t need one anyways unless you have a large group.
Appetizers – I personally enjoy the famous tea leaf salad and the spicy chicken wings. The calamari is also perfectly fried. The other salads are also good choices, but the tea leaf salad is outstanding.
Entrees (Beef, Vegetarian) – I will generally recommend the burmese curries and the other beef dishes. All of the beef dishes here have been good. We clean these plates every time. The vegetarian dishes are also great. I really like their Garlic Eggplant dish.
Entrees (Do not get Chicken) – I would recommend against most of the chicken dishes (spicy and crunchy chicken, mango chicken, mint chicken etc). The chicken dishes are okay, but not impressive. I have tried these multiple times and they are usually disappointing. The spicy and crunchy chicken is probably the best one, but that dish is deep fried and very heavy.
Overall solid choice for dates, dinner parties or special occasions. High quality food at an acceptable price. Upscale location.
