I always look forward to coming to Element! All the food is vegan and very generously portioned in my opinion. I highly recommend the Pretzel, Loaded Fries, and Kale Caesar Salad (it’s my favorite salad in Raleigh). I ordered the Chipotle Ranch Taco Salad (pictured) which was also great! Element also has a ton of burgers and sandwiches to choose from on their menu. Any time I’ve been Element, the service has been great too. They have indoor as well as outdoor seating when it’s cool enough to sit outside!

We came by during an off time and food came out super fast. Both sandwiches were delicious, and the service was okay. The vegan meat doesn’t taste like real meat, but it seemed pretty healthy. The home fries were really good—seasoned, warm, and filling.

vegan chicken wings comparison was Remedy Diner’s and Element’s are not quite as good, but similar. Their blue cheese is not nearly as good. Also got the bbq plate. The bbq is a disappointment. Texture is off, taste is off. Coke slaw and cornbread are good but don’t make up for the disappointing bbq, I don’t recommend this plate. In summary, there is much better vegan food in the Triangle. We each got two orders but feeding two people was $70 and this experience was not worth that.

The food was horrible! Dirty inside! It’s a place more for drinking! They don’t have a bottled water or juices. Only juices to mix with alcohol! I ordered a sparkling water, but they brought me a club soda. Coffee was disgusting. Instead of a melt we ordered they brought us a burger, which was obviously put together the other day and just microwaved!! Can you believe it?? Also it was burned and thin, the worst thing I have ever seen or try in my life! Carolina BBQ was the same way! Old and bitter!! And had a weird yellow colour! Looked horrible!! All greens are dead, nothing fresh. God knows when they made those salads!

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and the only question I had after dining there was why I hadn’t discovered it sooner! The person next to me probably got a good laugh at how I leaned back in my chair after taking my first bite of the BBQ nachos because I was in disbelief at how good they tasted. The accompanied head nod was my signature stamp of approval, which was well deserved. These nachos are sunshine in the form of food, a dish that could brighten your darkest days.

My cousin came to Raleigh to visit me. We had to try a vegan restaurant since she only eats Plant Based. We settled on Elements due to its location on Fayetteville St, as it has a modern and historic vibe that we both enjoyed as a Sunday afternoon to explore. I made a reservation, but it wasn’t needed. Elements were pretty slow this afternoon, and we sat upon arrival. The restaurant presentation is clean and inviting. I felt at home. Our waiter was Virginia. Virginia couldn’t make many recommendations, but I appreciate her honesty. Virginia was attentive and checked in often. We met Amanda, who was also helpful with the menu explanation.

Glen was amazing! He was so down to earth and answered all of my crazy questions since I’ve never had a full vegan meal before. My wife and I loved the “skrimp” and the Slam Burger! I’m impressed at my first vegan meal and we’ll be back! ✔️

This was a new exciting experience I decided to try via a vegan friend who raves about this spot, the vibe is nice and the food was very interesting and filling, it was a fabulous night with friends we had a great time experimenting, next time I would go for brunch so I can try the chicken and waffles and maybe the artichoke bites will be in stock.
