The order was wrong. I asked for a quater pounder, no cheese, just mustard and ketchup. There was cheese on it!? Also I did order a Honey mustard wrap. But instead I received 2 packages of honey/mustard sauce. Thank goodness I always check the bag before I drive off. Then when I let the lady know that I ordered a wrap, she said no you ordered sauce?? It doesn’t make sense?? Anyway… everytime I go through the drive thru my order is wrong, everytime. I won’t be returning to your location. Thx

Crazy to not have any condiments or utensils out. But then we have to justify why we need an additional sugar for our coffee. We also ordered a big breakfast and didnt get fork or knife, syrup, butter, jelly. When went to the counter to ask for these items the manager called my wife a little girl in Spanish.

Went through drive thru and the gentlemen had trouble multitasking taking orders and taking payments but he did try to correct our order when we got to the window.
The second window gave us the wrong drink while he was joking around with his coworkers. Thankfully we caught it before we left.
I ended up parking and coming inside because the unsweetened tea was stale. I asked if I could have a fresh one because of this but before I could tell the lady it was unsweetened, she took off and brought back sweet tea. I asked her again for a unsweetened and she brought me another stale unsweetened tea. At that point I threw it away in the trash and went to Starbucks. I do NOT recommend this McDonald’s.

The manager and the front end staff person name Ana, were very courteous and nice. They provided great customer service. Great work from the manager and Ana – dont forget the hard workers in the back making the food come to fruition. Its a team effort and they are all working together to make it happen on EVERY – SINGLE – ORDER! Great Job all on 8/5/25 Tuesday @ 6:15pm. I’ll definitely be back

Can’t do a survey since I misplaced the receipt, so here I am.
Food and service was great, however while eating, noticed the crew using their phones while working as well as picking trash off the ground without washing their hands. Does not seem sanitary from the viewpoint of a customer, especially while eating. Everything else was fantastic.

Ordered on the App at lunch today 9/3. When i got to the window the young lady asked for payment which was odd because I pay through the app. So I told her it was paid in the app and she said it must not have gone through. I should have checked but didn’t want to hold up other’s so I paid. When I got back to work I checked my receipt & card and saw the charge did go through. I stopped back by after work and explained what happened and the manager gave me some answer of it will be credited back to your card. When i questioned how will it be credited back when i picked up the food and receipt clearly shows the transaction at the bottom of it. The manager (Angie) could not explain and told me to come back tomorrow and deal with the person that rung up my order because if she gave me my money back today her drawer would come up short. So inconvenience the customer, when your employee made the mistake?!?! I will not be stopping back by this McDonald’s ever again. Plus, the fries were over salted and cold at lunch time.

I don’t know if all the McDonald’s in this area owned by the same company but they all seem to have the same horrible service. Every time you have to wait no matter how small your order is and when they Park you and make you sit for 5 to 10 minutes there’s never an apology there’s just “can you pull around and park in the one spot”
