Had car accident here busy parking lot. Many cars use the drive thru as a short cut to avoid main Street traffic. Burgers taste off. Fast service off highway. Not safe for crossers or kids. They did nothing to help I was Injured and my car was totalled.

They gave me the wrong food while I told them thru the speaker and the cashier. It was obvious the lady understood what I ordered bc she confirmed it through the mic.

I was delivered the food by the chubby lady in the next window and I politely told her it’s wrong. She said do you have the receipt and I responded that the cashier never gave me it.

They didn’t want to give me my correct order and I even suggested if I can come inside to avoid holding up the line. She was talking to the other staff and they looked annoyed and rolled their eyes at me. Like dude what. Then the lady gaslighted me on what I ordered and gave me the receipt with the wrong order. ATP, they didn’t care they just wanted me to leave.

The workers here are clearly disrespectful and need to be more nicer. I understand customer service can be hectic like I also dealt with customers for over 8 years. But yeah be more nicer smh

I went to order and forgot to use my points I was going to use later that day to get my son a free happy meal. I realized right after paying while still at the register if they could void it and redo it so I can scan my barcode. They refused. I am pretty sure they are supposed to ask you in the beginning of the transaction and they didn’t. My family spends a lot of money here and voiding redoing would have taken maybe two minutes. There wasn’t anyone behind me. They flat out refused and I am upset. I worked at a McDonald’s before so I know they could have done it for me. This is very bad customer service. The fries were cold today too. She said I could enter me receipt in the app but it takes up to five days to get them. It really put me in a poor mood.

A few minutes ago I bought some sodas and other things, when I tried the frozen Coca Cola it felt a horrible taste as if it had mold , how disgusting really, my mother also tried it she already said the same thing when I smelled it and indeed it smelled like a tube with mold or something like that, as if they didn’t clean the container or something, terrible service. I HOPE nothing happens to me but it’s disgusting.

I placed a large order today for my family of seven, and the experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish. Several items were missing, including an oatmeal, a hash brown, a drink, and even one full meal. I had to go back to the counter multiple times to ask for things that should have been included the first time. Even after that, when I got home, I realized one of the meals was still missing.

It was very disappointing and stressful, especially because this was meant to be a family meal. The staff seemed unorganized and not paying attention to detail, and I left feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and improves their accuracy and service, especially for larger orders.

Worst drive thru in history lmao they’ll have you waiting 15 minutes, especially if you right there at the microphone. Always a long drive thru line at random parts of the day. Put your radio all the way up to bother them so they can respond faster

The staff told me that the service is down and only cash is accepted. I placed my order through the app and I already paid for my order. When I came to the window the staff member told me that they didn’t have food anymore and I couldn’t get my food or my refund. What kind of service it is?

I stopped to use restroom,and all seem flowing as usual one thing I did notice was the strange parking and entrance and exit area be careful we went the wrong way, I wasn’t driving but I remember telling my sister I think you’re going the wrong way which we were we parked picked up our passenger that’s all we can tell you
