Great location & views. We had breakfast, the portions were plentiful. Pancakes were great, breakfast croissant with eggs and cheese. I even enjoyed the breakfast potatoes though I do not like potatoes. Great service.

Breakfast at this place was phenomenal! We stayed at the hotel and I’ve got to say the best hash brown casserole ever made honestly. Was like heaven. And my wife got an egg white casserole loaded huge straight quality and I got the Cuban breakfast sandwich which I couldn’t believe how everything rolled together. It had an egg on top of it opened face when you get it. Very presentable and again probably the best breakfast I’ve had in years. Thank you exciting for the experience and the service definitely be back next time we stay !

Garbage Thanksgiving buffet 80.00 per person no Cuban food available. Sports bar vibes. 220.00 w 2 drinks I got robbed without out a gun didn’t book a buffet should have just walked away from this place. Never come here on Thanksgiving buyer beware. I feel sorry for the servers.

First time here and it’s a pretty cool little joint. Staff seemed warm and friendly. Had a few drinks and got the Empanadas & Ropa Vieja. Everything was pretty good! I would definitely recommend checking them out. And I will be back.

Great spot for a meetup with friends for a drink at sunset. The views are impeccable of the skyline and architecture of Asheville. The espresso martini was the best we’ve ever had and the mojito was delicious. However the food was lacking for the price. The empanadas were our favorite. The calamari and paella just fell short unfortunately. Overall the staff was really great and the ambiance was lovely. There was a fire close by to keep us warm from the wind too!

The atmosphere at Hemingway is fantastic, and the location is absolutely amazing. The drinks are top-notch — I had a great time soaking in the vibrant music, lively environment, and wonderful service. I don’t remember the name of my server, but she was truly amazing and made the experience even better.
If you go, don’t miss their Espresso Martini made with Cuban cold brew — it was absolutely perfect.
That said, I can’t give a full five stars because the food was a major letdown. It’s overpriced, lacking in both quality and presentation. The dishes felt hastily put together, and the flavor just wasn’t there.
Still, Hemingway is definitely worth visiting for the atmosphere and drinks. Grab a seat, enjoy the vibe, and stick to the cocktails — you won’t be disappointed.

Service was absolutely terrible. Host could barely look up from his phone and no one greeted our table for over 30 minutes. Food was just alright, but did not taste freshly made.

The food was exceptional! Don’t miss the wings – extra crispy, moist inside, great dipping sauce – – and the garlicky delight in the bottom of the bowl was delicious. The calamari was crispy, but not rubbery – cooked perfectly. Make sure to get some of those cherry peppers on each bite.
The vaca frita was a melody of flavors striking all the right notes.
Fun mocktails were delicious.
The only downside was service. Our server was slow. Our order was wrong – twice. We had to keep asking for water. Dirty appetizer plates stood stacked and empty on the table even after the entree was delivered.

It is very unclear from the hotel signs how to get here. It’s on the fourth floor, so this is not quite a rooftop view. We got seated in the tables to the right nearest the best view, hopefully due to the fact we had made reservations. They really need high top tables to make the most of the view. Our view was obstructed by the railing. Our server Chris was totally amazing… so fast, friendly, and responsive. Due to the mixed reviews we split the Cuban and we were happy with it. Next time we will try something else
