Walk in of 7, I also work in the restaurant industry so i understand how that can throw a wrench in business. But The host had an attitude the entire time wouldn’t give us a wait time and then when our table was ready. Instead gave us 2 separate booths next to each other so our party was split. The server was clearly overwhelmed and confused by this decision too she did apologize for it though. The food came out wrong and honestly didn’t really taste like anything. The bathrooms were also so filthy and gross. I know its just an Ihop but like come on man

God is Good all the time !! I appreciate the food but I sent my pancakes back after I seen the host/waitress flipping them with her bare hands that’s super unsanitary and that’s how germs spread. They should be wearing gloves or using utensils instead of touching ppl food. IHOP needs to do better.

The butter used in the food is a sweet butter and ruined the flavor of the meats for me, but that’s a personal taste. Everything else tasted great, the service was amazing and the waiter was hilarious.

The lobby atmosphere was okay they seemed a bit short staffed for the amount of busyness the restaurant was in, and the bathroom were horrible and needed attention. As for the service, the food it took like 30 to 40 for the food and the staff was friendly but slow and forgetful cause we didn’t get our drinks after asking 3 times but otherwise friendly. The food was good for a IHOP we did a video review for it on my channel. overall not a bad experience but also not a great one too just don’t go when it busy.

Recieved drinks and cups were disgusting, had stuff all over them, inside and out. I could hear the staff cussing and arguing with each other by the kitchen. Cups sat on the edge of the table with straw wrappers and garbage on top, server looked right at them and never acknowledged the drinks until are food was brought. Food was good, plates were clean. But overall service was extremely slow and weren’t even busy. Won’t be returning to this location!

When going out for breakfast, l like that great breakfast taste…This did not do it.. Pancakes had no flavor, sausage no flavor, Steak Omelette was nice & big but the flavor was not there…To top it off, it took like 45min to receive our food…

You have a server by the name of Rhonda that works there. We are frequent customers and each time, you see how dedicated she is to her job. She has patience with nasty customers, an amazing multi-tasker and Ive witnessed her, in the midst of a busy restaurant and taking care of her own tables, help her coworkers. She always has a great attitude and smile.

This location has gone downhill. While the food was okay (except they did not have ham) the service was unfriendly and lacking. My carafe of coffee was barely warm and only 1 cup, my husband’s tea was also tepid and small amount of water. The salt and pepper shakers were empty. They no longer offer you syrup options. She brought the check right away, and only asked if we needed anything after she saw we didn’t include payment yet. At that point, what was the use in asking for hot coffee and hot water for tea.
