Horrible women running the drive through. We tried ordering while she decided she wanted to have a smart mouth. When we asked if they had a specific meal or combo her reply was “mmhhmm”. I called the store, told them about her, they called back and said “that’s how she acts” while proceeding to use slander to protect her. This happened on 1/24/2026

I got a couple of the Classic Sanwiches which were on sale for 1.00 off… They were Very Good! Have went back since! I think I’m addicted to them now… I like how they make these hot. The small wait is definitely worth it. The staff was good and friendly. It has been years since I visited a KFC because the last time I was there I felt very ripped off. Having this sandwich on sale has got me back in there.. When you open the bag, the sandwich actually looks like the pictures in the advertisements..

I visited the KFC drive-thru. I ordered two pieces and specified that they should be breast, not thigh. Obviously, you pay extra, but I don’t mind. When I received the food, I always checked. It didn’t seem like both pieces were breast. They are crunchy, so I couldn’t tell which one I ordered from the other. I asked the girl, “Are you sure?” She nodded. When I got home and was already eating, I realized that one of the pieces wasn’t breast. I couldn’t go back, so I called the restaurant and told them. They removed the charge from my transaction. But they still make you have a bad time. I think it’s a scam. What they do is charge for an extra chicken breast and don’t serve the order properly. There’s nothing you can do when you’re far from the store.

Everything was great about this store down to the employees! I was in there last night and ordered a 3 pc combo and was nice and fresh and quick only issue that is very concerning is there restrooms are unavailable and the employees don’t even have a bathroom to use either that definitely needs to be figured out !!!

This Place. Seems like it’s always one step forward two steps back. Today the chicken sandwich was really good, although the guy tried to charge me 4.99 when they have a big sign on the speaker $ 3.99. So he said alright I’ll change it. We also ordered a large order of the steak fries, the ones they have signage for everywhere and TV commercials constantly, the steak fries were horrible. Room temperature at best, floppy, tasted like old burnt grease, no seasoning, horrible. We went through the drive-thru early lunch hour, they should have been hot, they tasted like they were made 2 days ago. For what they charge and as much as they advertise and promote this item proves to me the workers, management and owners of this franchise could care less about customer satisfaction. I would have brought them back but I had to get back to work.

Let me start off by saying, I like the food, now that they have reduced the outrageous pricing, FINALLY – My LAST THREE visits they have forgotten items or actually got the order wrong. I always get the same order. Previous two times, they have forgotten Gravy when I distinctively say Mashed and GRAVY. Today, I mentioned that to the cashier, which she brushed off saying people sometimes say just Mashed Potatoes – I get handed my bag, get home and discover that they have given me the wrong type sandwiches, ordered spicy without pickles and gave me classic with EXTRA pickles. IF these 20 somethings can’t even get fast food orders correct, the country is doomed.

When your business closes at 9pm that means you continue to serve everything available on the menu until then. Don’t turn your fryers off at 8 then tell me it’s gonna be 20 minutes for fries because you have to heat them back up. They shouldn’t be turned off till 9 when yall close. This happens so often it’s ridiculous. Couldn’t even order a 3 piece chicken meal they would only sell us a two piece. They’re so lazy they don’t want to cook more food. Photo reference for the smallest two piece meal I’ve ever had to pay for. Not even worth the money. This location continues to disappoint, do not recommend ever going here!

Generally,good experience, but It’s still fast food so it’s a crapshoot.Sometimes good, sometimes the chicken tenders are like breaded jerky. Sometimes nice professional staff, sometimes not. Interesting interior design though, with some lol posters.

I’ve been trying to pick up an order for 30 minutes and they locked the door at 9:10 pm instead of 10pm. When I came inside before they locked it, I was told lobby is closed and I can’t wait inside for my food. Very dissatisfied with service.

This place was awful. They were out of everything. Then when I complained about being charged for things I did not receive they said oh that is free it comes with your meal And I said if it’s free then why was I paying more for the meal it’s not free I’m paying for it They kept saying everything free everything free we can’t refund you for those things you did not get. The kids were very rude Will not be going back I will spend my money elsewhere from now on. They appeared to think it was fun and comedic to berate and lose lifelong customers.
