Every time we have gone into this Buffalo Wild Wings we have had a bad experience. Today we tried to give them another chance and were seated quickly, got our drinks ordered, then waited for 20 minutes until we gave up and talked to the hostess to pay our bill. We said we understood it gets busy and the manager acknowledged it isn’t busy at all and this shouldn’t have been an issue.
In the past we have had cold fries, slow service, and just a lack of good experience here. We wanted to try again but won’t be from here.
If you go in please be ready to wait even if they aren’t busy.

The food was good, especially the appetizer platter. I suggest the everything pretzel bites with the beer cheese. I also had the black cherry limeade 8/10. My friend and myself both ordered a chicken wrap both of us asked for no tomato. After waiting 30+ min for them they both came out with Tomatoes all over them. Despite them both having no tomato stickers on them. When we pointed it out they took both wraps back and had them back in under 3min. They didnt remake anything. They simply picked the tomato off and gave them back to us. I watched servers pick at their faces and hair then serve food. They touched food and ate fries off of other people’s plates. They stood around a majority of the time on their phones. Nobody used sanitizer or washed their hands Despite having easy access to both. I asked to see a manager on duty and was told there wasn’t one. I don’t think I’ll be going back any time soon.

I ordered via the Buffalo Wild Wings app for delivery… driver was on site very shortly. Order took a little longer than expected… that’s okay.
However what isn’t okay is that the order arrived tepid- some items actually cold…
Hey it happens, I’m not gonna freak out about that, it’s not ideal of course, but biting into the wings it was almost raw internally.
I’m not gonna finish this meal, it’s not safe to eat.
I’ve never had a bww serve actually unsafe to eat food… and it’s concerning. I’m sure if you go in to the restaurant, it’ll be fine… but I’d give very strong advice against ordering for delivery.

My tripple bacon cheese burger was great! Fries were cold, I didn’t get my food until halfway through everyone else’s meal. 12 in our group, 6 at our table. Most thought the wings were not that great.

We were told there was a 25-minute wait, but I counted 14 empty tables and booths. The waiting benches were full, so we had to stand and wait. After 25 minutes of waiting, we were seated at one of those booths! How ridiculous! When they brought out the food, it was one order at a time. 10 minutes later, another order was brought out. 10 minutes later, another order was brought out! Very unorganized and inefficient system. It was our first time here. And our last.

Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap…no buffalo sauce on my wrap… soggy and nasty…fries hard and nasty! My sons cheese curd burger was terrible the meat was burnt and something I wouldn’t even feed my dog I used to love their food first time I have been there in about a year and man have they went completely down hill, the wings were the only success tonight on a 50 dollar order. I usually don’t write reviews but when I called to let them know my wrap was done wrong the lady sat and argued with me when I said there was no buffalo sauce in my wrap like I am some idiot that has not ate there before to know what it looks and tastes like with and without buffalo sauce. Save yourself the money eat else where unless you want wings!

Okay, so honestly, I’m more writing this review because the man who served my food, (I was in a booth in the back when you turned left by the entrance) not the one who took my order, but the tall brown haired one was really cute, and I wanted him to know that 🙂 I’m the girl who ordered the everything pretzel knots with the beer cheese. I know you weren’t our sever but you were talking to the booth next to us.

I’ve come to Buffalo for a couple years now usually I don’t have an issue. But I’ve come in on a couple Fridays and dealt with a server named Nicole. For a shorter woman she has a voice that carries. I’ve felt very uncomfortable with her so I decided to start coming in on different days. I’ve over heard her talking to other people workers here about things that should stay in her personal life that isn’t family friendly. I don’t want my kids hearing about that. Not to mention I was in one night for drinks and saw her twerking on the bartender even if it was ok for both parties it’s definitely unprofessional. Not to mention I’ve had a few other servers look very uncomfortable near her. I’ve also seen her inappropriately touching other people throughout the restaurant. It just makes me feel very uncomfortable being here and watching it all take place. And considering this is still happening either management doesn’t want to deal with it or she’s getting a slap on the wrist.

The ghetto like furniture with sticker residue and torn seats was not the reason.
The reason is solely based on your poor service. Actually, there was no service besides you taking the order since someone else served us. Thanks for the refills, it not like we were eating hot wings. Two thumbs down.
