I’ve been to dozens of Culver’s in my day and honestly, nothing parallels to this one. We received absolutely phenomenal service from a nice young man named Justues, and I really do hope he receives proper recognition because that young chap will certainly go far in life. The bacon deluxe went very well with the fries and original coke. And to top it all off, the bathrooms were squeaky clean, well done Culver’s well done Justues.

I don’t understand the hype! First and LAST time at Culvers! Butter burger, Flat piece of soggy bun! Add lettuce, there was NONE. Onion rings NO SALT, that didn’t happen!!! Please, Mc Donalds or Wendys is so much better than the terrible food I just paid $8 for. Consider Wally’s for a sub too. Just around the corner. You will get excellent food. Boycott Culvers! Don’t expect your food to resemble the pictures on line.

Overall fabulous. My Wisconsin-based sister telling me about Culvers for years so glad to finally get a branch and it completely delivered all around. What stood out for us was just the overall quality of the food here vs most other chains. We thought it exceeded even the pricier options like Shake Shack, 5 Guys, In & Out or Smashburger. Whataburger & Culvers seem to be on a similar playing field for food quality we’d say.
They did mess up my takeout order but were very nice & apologetic about fixing it up.
The Culvers vibe reminded me a lot of the America I grew up in during the 80 & 90s. Friendlier, more easy-going, higher standards. Thank you for that!

I am a chronic Culver’s eater. Everytime I go to Culver’s I always order the same thing, kids meal cheeseburger with everything BUT onions. I order this at the Culver’s I typically go to and they get it right. Everytime. I order this at other Culver’s when I’m traveling, and they get it right everytime. I have ordered this exact order at this specific Culver’s on 9th Street in michigan before, and they have gotten it right. But today, after a morning college class, I was starving and stopped by to pick up food before I headed into work. I asked for my usual, kids meal cheeseburger with everything BUT onions. I noticed that they were pretty busy but that’s typically for most Culver’s especially around lunch time. Well, I went through the drive through, I got my food and I left for work. I got to work and the excitement was building the whole drive there. As I sat in my car, opening up my food, I took a bight into my burger and noticed that there was onion on it. I thought, well that’s fine a little mistake I’ll take it off. But no. There was only onion and cheese on my burger. I had to eat a bland burger, I was very disappointment and not satisfied with my meal. Who in their right mind orders only onion on their burger? I am very disappointed.

Though Culver’s is a fast food joint the food doesn’t feel like it. So if your looking for a bite that feels right next to a restaurant come and eat here

I never had a chance to come here before because it felt so far out of town but has quickly become one of my favorite places to eat. I really love that the dining area is clean even though it’s very busy. The food is really one of the best burgers in town. And the customer service is top tier. And seems genuine. I feel like that’s damn near a lost art these days. The frozen custard is my least favorite but I’m just not an ice cream person in general. I think the average person who likes ice cream will love it. It tastes and feels very decadent!

The burgers were amazing. It was one of the best burgers I had from chain restaurants. Fries and onion rings were crispy and hot. The interior was clean and well maintained. If you dine in, they will bring food to your table. The restaurant sign looks similar to Ford logo.

They got it wrong the first time my burger was so greasy it was dripping leaving out the bag on my clothes and seat it made me vomit profusely, got a coupon didn’t get to basically pick what I want basically they get to decide and ordered a triple but got a double then asked for a little extra cheese but it was loaded with at least 4 also the cheese wasn’t their usual cheese this is a sandwich I’m used to so this tasted store bought and very cheap like that plastic cheap store brand cheese it made me gag at first bite, my sack of cheese curds were less than halfway full it’s a small sack to begin with but giving me less than have makes me think either not paying attention or someone is hungry, and I bought that stuff with two soups I came back for, the coupon was used on a fish sandwich I took one bite spit it out you pick it up the fish turns to crumble watery bitterness soggy just gross my fries unsalted had salt very stale tasting I took some photos of the food when I received it we live far and I’m not trying to give you guy’s trouble but theft of service is not receiving a item you payed for and not correcting or you knowing it wasn’t there because I asked before I left are you sure the order is right I ask are you sure it’s a triple and you said yes it is, I did contact corporate I’m awaiting a response and you guys did seem quite agitated today I’m sorry you were but this is twice and I spent a lot there in these two orders so this isn’t right to be doing.
Update don’t go to this particular Culver’s at all I write reviews for restaurants all the time but they are by first the worst place to eat not saying all Culver’s just this one in particular because I myself love Culver’s but just really don’t like this one it’s the only one I went to were the food and particular workers are really bad and nothing was ever solved they gave me a little coupon to replace a meal got a fish sandwich it was nasty but heck whatever so went back my fiancé wanted to give them one last shot at them making the burger we are used to I order a triple got a double cheese curds were over half empty one soup bad but one was really good which was broccoli cheese but I wanted what I paid for it’s theft of service and had to have corporate call you because I didn’t get a call she was rude said to me you didn’t like anything so I can’t do anything for you in a rude tone I called corporate again and just to say the lady at corporate super friendly but the manager here called he said I’m a layer it’s just hear say that they don’t know if that really happened that they ain’t giving no more coupons out I only got one and still ordered after the fact If you could check your cameras on the day and time my meal was made you will definitely see only two patties on that sandwich it’s easier to go to my receipt and check the date and time for the camera you’ll probably see a lot of mistakes being made it’s just insane it’s not right what this place does he tried to say he was next to the girl but I want to ask corporate to check their cameras in that restaurant it’s messed up that I had a restaurant steal from me I say steal because I paid for stuff I didn’t receive heck this could of been easily dealt with even if they gave me a single melt with curds or the value it matched but no matter what I explained I was a liar to the older mail manager I think he said his name was bob not sure but hers was Jennifer stay away from this Culver’s go to others or go to my favorite restaurant Hunan gardens they are great ask for the owner Francis she is amazing and will treat you with respect by the way they get my food right I never mind paying for what I order that’s just it WE are paying not you we should get what we ordered with a little kindness and respect I was completely kind the entire time maybe frustrated and exhausted being that I’m disabled and you were that disrespectful and called a liar to.
