Comfort food for me as I always love eating McD.
Disappointed that they served me an expired pie. Ordered 2 pies and one of them was expired 4 hours ago.
Wanted to exchange but the staff claimed ignorance and innocence.
Have to check the expiry date and time before taking the food from the counter to the table or check when they sent the food to your table.

It was very clean, fast, and friendly, and I especially appreciated that they even brought the food to the table — it made the service feel even more warm and attentive.

30 mins to get McDonald’s. Horrible! Only two families in the building. Place is dirty, and all of the employees move so slow. Then when the food comes the fries are half full. Update….This morning the owner attempted to reach out to us my sending a link to the corporate site via this review. Once I clicked on the link it asked for a case number. Horrible service!

I am literally impressed by Lindsay’s amazing Customer Service skills. She caught a mistake on my bill, that I didn’t even notice, and let me know right away. She also was proactive on getting me the refund (that was basically half of my purchase total). If you are her manager, please, recognize her work ethic and efficiency.

I go to McDonald’s frequently because I like it. This time however again too much is going downhill.
Once again they are getting skimpy with the fries. I ordered a medium and I got maybe 1/2 the container full. I added the picture, and no, they did not fall into the bag. Too many times McDonald’s is not filling the fries and for the prices they want for them now it should be overflowing. Either that or they need to retake all of their pictures of French fries to show they don’t fill the container anymore. On a positive note, they were cooked correctly and had a perfect amount of salt.
The double cheeseburger was burnt and over cooked, very dry. Cheese was somewhat melted.
Because they only had a drive thru open, it was too hard to go back and complain or get it redone. Obviously no one is doing quality checks here. And with only a drive thru open, it’s even more important to get the order correct. Who wants to drive down the road and then drive back to complain.
I will add that corporate doesn’t care either. I have brought up the fry issue and their customer service can’t understand basic descriptions of what is going on or they just don’t care.
UPDATE May the 4th B with U 2024:
Sheriff Dave from the Fry Police with another visit. Medium Fry was filled much better this time. Almost to the top like the picture so good going, will add back a star. Why only one star you ask? Well the fries were full but not cooked all the way through. It was close but betting the fries were taken out just a bit too early. They were hot just not cooked all the way through.
The double cheeseburger was cooked correctly but I think someone was in a rush putting it together. A little sideways but still tasted good!
Again this location is drive thru only but they had a very nice guy outside the window helping out and was very polite, added one more star for service.

They now have the inside open. They converted it to a mainly kiosk and pickup only. There are a few seats and tables but they have removed the drink station and made the open area smaller (probably bigger kitchen now).
Service was quick, from the time I hit the button in the app to pay for the order (I was in the parking lot) to getting my order was 3 min and 1 sec. I think that is pretty fair.
No more self serve drink refills. That station was always a mess anyway. Hopefully if you eat there you can get a refill for free if you ask just like Wendy’s or Chick Fil A. Regardless it looks like they dropped their price for sodas to reflect just one serving.
My double cheeseburger was put together much better than the last McDonald’s I visited and the fries are much fuller now (though still not like their picture). I will add a star for the improvements.

Looks like they are staying consistent with the fries, Sheriff Dave did not have to issue any citations today
Also, the self serve drink station may be gone but you can still get refills. Just ask at the counter and they are happy to give you a refill.

Unfortunately I have to take a food star off on this visit. The double cheeseburger was a mess. You could tell they just slapped it together and it wasn’t even busy at this particular time. The burger was Luke warm at best and the cheese cold as if it just came out of the fridge. Picture added.

And another star comes off. Sheriff Dave is issuing a ticket once again. The restaurant should be embarrassed to give out a large fry like this one. If I hadn’t been in the drive thru and on my way I would have gone back. However you shouldn’t have to return to get it right. Again the owners are skimping on quantity. See picture.

They are losing stars once again. There should be an arrest for repeated offenders. Sheriff Dave is getting the handcuffs out this time. The management and/or owners must just not care. Everyone should start posting their pictures. Here’s another large fry that was half full through the drive thru. Shame on McDonald’s!

food is always fine but customer service is a consistent problem we’ve had across multiple visits. i’m a younger person myself but the younger people specifically always have an attitude even when you do not bring up any issues/problems with the order. we’ve had multiple people snap at us for literally no reason.we are always kind as we know everyone has tough days but it gets to a point where you feel like you’re a problem for even coming to the mcdonald’s in the first place. the one time something WAS actually wrong with our order we were met with immediate pushback and defensiveness when we approached the situation very patiently. we ended up just leaving as she clearly had no intention on helping on us even if it was a simple fix (wrong drink). i’ve worked in customer service before so i understand it can be exhausting and you can deal with a lot of rude people but the consistent attitude here is ridiculous and the people working the windows need more customer service training

It’s disappointing and frustrating when customer service falls short, especially when it feels like a pattern. This morning’s experience was unacceptable, with Ashley Howard failing to demonstrate the professionalism expected of a manager. Meanwhile, Amanda Brown’s attitude at the window was unnecessarily rude, simply because of a misunderstanding about how to prepare oatmeal. Situations like this highlight the importance of proper training and respect in customer interactions.

They have it down pat here, drive thru was extremely quick even while it was very busy. The food is spectacular quality and very fresh, the coffee order that I usually get has never tasted as good as how this location makes it

I highly recommend checking your food before you leave. I ordered a large fries and they filled up it up half way. Per some of the previous reviews they seem to be known for that. Also the burgers looked thrown together.. Everything else was decent, I can’t rate atmosphere due to be going through drive thru.
