This is unacceptable. This burger should have never even gotten wrapped up. Should have went straight to the trash. This is exactly why I haven’t been to McDonalds in 6 months. Poor service and food each and every time, no matter the location. Thank you for wasting 23 minutes of my lunch, which I will return still hungry. All I ordered was 2 double cheeseburgers with no onion or pickles. Look… pickles. Hopefully the child in the car in front of us doesn’t get sick… at least I’m old enough to know not to eat this garbage.

The past few times my husband or I have done a mobile order, we wait at least 15-20 minutes for it. The fries are never fresh, always stale. Tonight the sweet tea tastes like it’s unsweetened & the fries feel like cardboard in your mouth.

I walked down to this McDonald’s as I waited on my vehicle at Discount Tire. My experience exceeded my expectations so much that I wanted to take the time to write a review. First of all, my food was very fresh and absolutely delicious. Secondly, perhaps more importantly, I was surprised by the level of service. Not only did they easily accommodate the fact that I placed an order on my phone that defaulted to a drive-through pick up that I wanted to pick up in the store, they were very professional about it. Additionally, a nice lady walked through the tables to make sure everybody’s order was correct and to see if they needed anything. It was so refreshing to see somebody who cared about their job. I thought the store was very clean as well. I think that we all kind of just assume that deterioration of service and quality are to be expected in today’s world. But not at this store, not today.

McDonald’s is an easy, quick bite for the kids — they absolutely love the chicken nuggets. It’s convenient when you’re on the go, but be mindful of what you order since the calories can add up fast. One area that could really use improvement is the inside lounge; every time I visit, the floors, tables, and bathrooms could use more attention. The food is fast and familiar, but better cleanliness would make the experience much better overall.

They take too damn long to make my good everytime. Whether they are busy or dead. The employees seem like they don’t even want to be at work. Food quality generally is ok. But overall customer experience is trash at best. Seriously going to stop coming to the McDonald’s on Coliseum Blvd in Fort Wayne. Genuinely bad service. They need to do better. Extremely angry as a customer.

The food was standard Mcdonalds food. It came out warm but that was the only real plus. The drive through was extremely slow, and took roughly 20 minutes to get through (no joke). It was hard to navigate the two drive thru lines, and while people kept going past on the left, the right side was not attended to. I wouldn’t recommend unless Chick-Fil-A was closed cuz it’s a Sunday and Raisin’ Canes was too long of a line.

The worst experience ever got wrong order waited for my food for over 20 minutes no customer service no politeness no kindness just gave me my food and clothes the window once received food it was the wrong order the manager proceeded to say give me the food back I gave you a refund but lady I didn’t ask you for a refund I asked you for my food to be corrected because I was starving they’re both was white I’m a black woman they started yelling and cursing at me I’ll never come back to this McDonald’s so I threw a cup of juice at the manager face. I came through with a mobile order and the drive through line was so beyond slow, almost making me late for school, mind you I left 30 minutes before and was still late, and they are less than a mile close together. I came to the window and a woman was just texting on her phone, which I can only assume is why it was going slow. I then got my orange juice and it was not filled up, AT ALL. I called to complain, but the manager was just leaving me with excuses and as I was in the middle of talking she hung up the call. Very unprofessional

Don’t go here if it’s past 6 otherwise your whole order will be wrong. I ordered two burgers with no onions. What did I get? Two burgers with ONLY ONIONS on them. The receipts on the packing for each burger even literally said put cheese, ketchup and mustard only….
