Our server was so good that she almost pushed this to a 5-star review. The food was as good as you’d expect, although the Scorpion burger was a little too hot. The fries were excellent and came early and often!

They sure have improved with the staff from the last time we were there. I always get the Red Robin loyal burger but I did try their limited edition strawberry milkshake and truffle fries minus the diced tomato. It was good!

Have made this place a staple for my kids birthdays each year. Food is always amazing. But they really make your kids feel like everyone is there for them. And anyone that treats my kids well will always have a special place in my heart. Recommended this location for any occasion!

When we arrived the host was uninviting, didn’t really greet us except to say that there was a 15/20 minute wait. (which we were fine with) we asked to be seated in the bar. When we were seated it was not in the bar but right next to two large birthday tables… I asked if there was seating in the bar, she said no. We ended up taking that table (because we already Waited 15 minutes for this table) Waited for our server, that took forever, ordered our drinks and an appetizer. Got our appetizer no drinks. Had to ask for the drinks, she waitress realized she forgot. A different person brought our food. It was okay. Never saw our waitress again, no refills on our drinks, or fries were offered. Had to flag down our waitress to pay. The only reason we ate here was because we got a gift card. It’s been a few years since we have been to Red Robin, we will probably not be back.

We ended up at the Silverdale Red Robin while on a road trip after walking out of Fat Smittys for horrendous rudeness. It was shocking and appalling. Any way, thank you Silverdale Red Robin for turning our road trip back around and giving us a good experience! Our waitress Danni was so nice! In fact the whole staff was very nice! I’ve been to other Red Robin locations and I felt the burger was extra delicious at this location! I especially appreciate the kindness of the staff.

Husband and i went for lunch. Our server was attentive but don’t keep an eye out for when we needed him. Doesn’t make sense? It’s when a server is very nice only when he is serving you but when off doing other work does not keep an eye out for possible needs from his customers. We tried to flag him down a couple of times to no avail. This seems to be a problem everywhere.

Came here to grab my annual birthday burger and sat in the bar. In less than a minute, I was greeted with a menu by a great server who continued to provide attentive service throughout the experience. This location has always been consistent with its food as well!

My son , age 23, showed his valid ID, the manager said that it was not valid, it was valid until 1159 on that day. So I ordered another beer which was served and gave it to my son. so the manager, Paul had the waitress take the beer and stated that if she didn’t take it then they would not serve the whole table. apparently Paul not only doesn’t know the law but sends this poor waitress to do a task that he didn’t want to do. So I talked to him on the side, showed him the state regulation, along with the valid ID, he was not educated in and he stated that he did not appreciate his authority being overruled. He created an uncomfortable situation and we would have left if our group wasn’t large. The waitress was not be blamed she was professional it was the manager that was uneducated, rude and dismissive.

Went to Red Robin to have lunch with mom. The atmosphere was nice and peaceful, everyone having good conversations including me and mom. She had chicken wings, onion rings, and fries with ranch and buffalo sauce. I tried the chicken wings they were very good.
