New owners of Hooters. What are you people thinking. You all have ruined this concept. The wing sauces being eliminated smoke Wings being eliminated I mean come on. How do you expect to have loyal employees when they’re dropping customers right and left because we are so used to having our flavors and you are cutting items off the menu that were so accustomed to like the sauces which is not that huge of a cost cutting measure. This is so sad that my server is losing customers as bad as she is because of you all not injecting more effort into marketing and making the menu more robust by not taking away but making it better. I’m shocked that the sauces are gone. You all are micromanaging this place to the point you’re not going to have customers at all. Taking the ciders away not using local suppliers for local breweries stuff. You all have to make a statement here and make this place better than it ever was. You should do some seriously good targeting advertising with local radio stations and have them do some remotes here with the Hooter Girls. You want to team up with a car dealership or two to do some cross promotion. You need to support this area that these restaurants are at or you will see this place disappear. Just Knoxville location has car dealers within walking distance almost to this place and if you did cross promotion work and do something to make this place pop again and bring back the flavors do something to get this place excited again. There’s literally five people in here right now. Just sad sad the way you’re doing things. I hate it for your employees. Do something about this. I’m not giving the server a bad preview here I’m giving corporate Hooters a bad. If anybody reading this season is do not hesitate to come in here and support this place but take a stand and join me by writing reviews saying to corporate they need to fix this mess.
I attached the pictures before the new ownership change and the menu with the menu change. This menu was not broken it did not need to be fixed. Management needs to come in here and work these stores and make them better rather than closing them and putting people out of work. If the stores are underperforming it’s not anybody else’s fault except owners and management. By taking away staple items that people are going to cussing to all these years well reduce your ability to retain customers for get new ones. You can get more flavor options at fast food restaurants and you can’t here for wings sauces.
Our server was Johana and she was THE perfect server in every way. She was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu and there was never a wait on refills on our drinks. A very beautiful and sweet young lady who was interesting and funny to chat with.
The food was hot, fresh and wass very tasty. It was served very quickly and the slight mistake was taken care of very quickly, as though it had never happened.
So why only three stars, you may ask? The price!!! Three beers, a side salad, onion rings, 15 wings and an order of shrimp was nearly $100!!! That is simply extortionate.
Also, someone who was obviously a regular was yelling across the deck, making unnecessary comments to us and his waitress did nothing about it.
In conclusion, Atmosphere was great. Server was phenomenal. Food was very good, but DEFINITELY not worth the price. I doubt I would go back, simply because of the extortionate prices.
If you’re planning to go to Hooters, I highly recommend asking for Bee. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience!
