Hands down the best sushi I’ve ever had. Every piece was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared — you can truly taste the quality in every bite. On top of that, our waiter Lily went above and beyond in every possible way. Attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring, Lily made the entire experience unforgettable. Easily one of the greatest waiters in the history of waiting on tables. Amazing food, outstanding service — I’ll absolutely be back.

I was slightly hesitant to go into this place but I’m glad I did. The atmosphere is warm & inviting. The servers are too notch & the food was very tasty.
It offers a variety of styles from hibachi to sushi to standard Asian dishes and they have their special & unique varieties as well.
If you like a good Asian meal & decent service, this place is for you. The prices are also fair!

Loved the food! Such an awesome experience to eat with a show! They are always making us laugh and making sure we are having a great time! The only down size is the are only two restrooms! And usually they have a wait time 15 to 30 minutes. But I usually wait at the bar and enjoy a drink. It’s still very kid friendly.

If I could give more stars I would! The atmosphere is warm and friendly. When we came in you could hear people laughing and chatting with friends, have a good time. We were seated quickly which was nice since we had a large party, we had 2 hibachi tables. Our servers name was Gene and from the moment we sat down until we left, he treated us like family. We had a birthday in our group and Gene was so much fun, he joined in with our family shenanigans like he was part of our group. He was very attentive, we didn’t even have time to notice if our drinks were low, he was there refilling or asking if we needed anything. Our chef was amazing. He was great with the show while he was cooking, he interacted with all of us making it that much more entertaining. The food is wonderful! Much better than the “other” hibachi restaurant in town. We won’t ever go anywhere else! If you go, ask for Gene, he will take great care of you. He even took a group photo for us! It was a wonderful experience and we left full, happy and looking forward to coming back! Thanks Gene!

The food here is pretty good and I’ve always had decent experiences but this last time made me not want to go back. It’s already pretty expensive but the service and atmosphere were exceptionally bad this time. Our waiter paid us little to no attention other than telling us the specials but the thing is, he was paying all his other tables an incredible amount of service. He had a group of ladies behind us that he talked to for a good few minutes at a time meanwhile our drinks were left empty. We were trying to have a good interaction with him, talking about cocktails and making small jokes/conversation but he was just not interested in our table. It was my birthday, he saw my ID, but never wished a happy birthday (which isn’t a huge deal to me but I work in customer service, it’s a simple task that improves the experience) Our waiter was only focused on upselling us which was disappointing because we could see how friendly he was with other tables.
The room was wildly chaotic that night in a way I’ve never experienced there. I’m usually there when it’s a full house so I expect it to be noisy, but we couldn’t focus on our conversations for anything because the hibachi tables were so loud and the seating area is so packed that we felt like we were sharing tables with the booth behind us.
We tip well, we’re polite, we try to always be as easy as possible and we have so many great experiences at restaurants, but this fell hard for us. I would not recommend this location. There’s a really good hibachi place just up bardstown road that is cheaper, just as good and much better service.

My experience at Sake Blue was absolutely fantastic! The sushi was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The ambiance was welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. We went here for my birthday dinner and had the best time. Quick to be seated and served. Our server Ankhaa told us all the best things to try and was very welcoming. Our drinks were never empty either! She wished me happy birthday and brought a little celebratory cake. She was so sweet, we will be back!! Thanks Ankhaa for the great experience.
