My wife and I went on our first date in years, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. I’m not sure if people have just lowered their expectations for food quality or if new regulations require food to be served at colder temperatures, but our meal was far from enjoyable.

We started with the pickle nickels, which arrived cold, as if they had just come from the fridge. I didn’t mind too much, so we let it slide. However, when our burgers arrived, they were just as cold—literally the same temperature as my iced water. We asked the waitress if they could heat them up, but we were told they would have to remake them instead.

The new burgers were rushed out on a red ticket, yet they still arrived cold and missing ingredients. Not only that, but mine had the bare minimum toppings—just three caramelized onions and two burnt pieces on one burger, while the other had none at all. We requested to speak with the manager twice, but the server informed us they were too busy to talk to us. At that point, we gave up and just ate the cold food.

To add to the frustration, I ordered a drink that was made incorrectly and had to settle for it as well. The fries that came with all four burger meals were also cold, and the replacement basket they brought was barely warm. I even ordered cheese sauce, which had a skin on top—clear proof that it was cold.

What made the experience even more disheartening was our server, who was clearly distraught and almost in tears. She was genuinely trying to do her job correctly but was being hindered by the rest of the staff. It was obvious she cared about the service, but she wasn’t being supported by her team. She was the only reason we didn’t get up and leave or ask for a discount. Despite everything, she still tried to make things right, even offering consolation items, which we declined.

Thank you to our server—you did your best, and we truly appreciate it. Spending $90 for two burgers and two drinks should come with quality food and good service, but unfortunately, we got neither. Overall, this was a really disappointing experience, and I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve.

We ordered a shake that used to be on their menu, but they took off. We asked if they could make it for us. Our waitress asked the bartender, and they said yes. Is was horrible. I also ordered a burger that comes with crispy onions, and they were horrible. They were so overcooked, and they were like stings in my mouth. I was afraid that if I tried to swallow them, I would gag on them. I didn’t finish my burger. It was not a good experience. We also had trouble with the payment thing on our table, and it was a very long wait for our waitress to fix the issue. The only good thing I can say is that our waitress was very sweet and attentive.

We went tonight and I have to say that this new hot honey chicken sandwich is SO good! I have gotten it three times recently.

I deleted my previous review and visited the location again to give it a second chance . Ended getting served horrible food . Burnt patty , oily fries you can literally tell they have been fried over and over again . Ended up having terrible stomach aches and throwing up all over the place . I’m wondering when was the last time health department has been in this location ? Because seriously ?

Had a great lunch with hubby and friend – The $9.99 Tavern burger was great, the salad and fries I asked for had sides that were awesome, hubby enjoyed his too. The friend with us who has eaten there before ordered the chips, she said they were cold – I thought they fine ;).

Apparently they only make a bunch of the chips every hour or so, and she had just been lucky in the past getting hot ones but you know what? They made some hot ones for her.

Olga our server was outstanding, best service I have ever had at any Red Robin. I would go back just for that, she made dining out a very pleasant experience from the moment we walked in.

We will be back to this location again even though we have 3 closer locations. There is just something about a meal service going smoothly from start to finish that is worth a little extra driving.

My family and I had a waitress named Katie and noticed us and other minority families were not being properly attended to at all. We had to flag her down to ask for refills on drinks and sides. We saw other minority families needing to flag down other staff to be able to get any service. We notice other non minority families did not have this problem with this staff member.

My family and I have been going here for years. Been amazing service. But ever since a couple months ago, it’s just gone downhill. I ordered a pick up order with a drink, entree and appetizer. 1. Didn’t get my drink. 2. ordered a burger with no tomatoes, it had tomatoes. everything is cold. I don’t know what has happened in the past couple months but this place has gone downhill with everything

This place was a disorganized crazy mess, line out the door for people waiting for restaurant seating. Just because tables were dirty! We got seating in bar. Several tables empty but not cleaned so seating was limited. Seriously Red Robin even Dennys has someone busting tables.
Only one server at bar and she was moving at cheetah speed but things still took awhile.
We enjoyed our food and drinks but probably will steer clear of this place until they get it together.

What is going on with my favorite burger joint? We always had a great experience and good food until a few months ago. Our past 2 visits were horrible, I dont think we will be back at this location ever again. Waiter/waitress dont even look at your direction, no hello, no water, no interaction for at least 10 minutes. Today we just got up and left because we were ignored for more than 10 minutes while other tables get their drinks and orders.

We love our Red Robin! We’ve had nothing but delicious food, excellent service, and good times here.

Our last visit was no exception. Liz was our server and she did a great job taking care of us. Food came out hot and tasty and our glasses were rarely empty. We started with the twisty mozzarella sticks, and then each got a burger. I went with the Royal Red Robin. The egg gave it that rich, decadent flavor you can’t find anywhere else!

This location is definitely what other Red Robins should strive to be.
