I’ve been here a few times and tried a variety of items, including soups, steak, chicken, and other hot food options. Overall, the food is good, I’d rate it around an 8.2/10 depending on what you order. The chicharrón is especially good when it’s fresh and hot.
The main thing that keeps me from coming back more often is the pricing. I’m not sure why it has increased so much recently, but on my last visit, food for two plus an extra side dish came out to nearly $100 after gratuity, which felt excessive.
I’d still recommend trying it at least once because the food quality is there, but for the price point, there are better value options out there.

Horrible customer service, bandeja paisa missing ingredients doesn’t match the pictures and the manager refuse to fix it, she said that the bandeja Paisa doesn’t have chorizo, this is the first bandeja paisa I’ve eaten in my life that it doesn’t have chorizo, she then said that it would be extra charge if I wanted chorizo, but the price was already high. What a horrible experience and seriously never coming here again. So greedy and shows a bad image of our culture. The ambience is sad. The prices are horrible. The employees have attitude. Good, authentic Colombian food, and a few extra latin foods as well. Everything we tried was good (pictures missing of the other dishes). Food service and good variety of drinks from different countries. Bakery looked good but I could not do dessert or bakery since the portions are big.

Food was ok but not great. Definitely needs more flavor (colombian). The bistec encebollado, was hard. And the ajiaco was more like a potato soup.

The food was very good however i found it extremely overpriced. I didn’t like the fact that you have to pay up front and leave a tip before you even know what the service is like. The drinks came in plastic cups. For the price of the drinks, they should come in a tall glass and when I asked for a container for left overs, she pointed me toward a table where the customer is expected to grab his own. Service has to be better.

Like Really? Then they look at you like you are the crazy one. I don’t care how good the food is when you feel unwelcome you never want to go back. Awful Customer service.

The ladies that work the front are absolutely horrible. I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years and I’ve never been treated like how I was today. I place the order over the phone and decided when I got there that I wanted to eat it there so we ordered some other stuff as well and the ladies gave us such horrible attitude. I went back in to order some things to go and the lady was mouthing things under her breathe about me and cracking jokes with her co workers, completely unprofessional. Sad to say but will never be dining there again.
