The Juicy Crab® story starts long before the opening of the Duluth, Georgia, first corporate restaurant in 2015. The Chen family’s inspiration ultimately came from New Orleans and the world travels of Grandfather Chen. Grandfather Chen was a sailor who traveled the world learning many different styles and ways of cooking seafood. One of the main influences that every family member loved was the New Orleans style of cooking seafood. Today, Juicy Crab Franchise has over 40 restaurants throughout the United States and is a market leader in the seafood restaurant service market.

We have ate here before, we was here yesterday. The place is nice. The food was ok. Crab legs and shrimp seamed over cooked this time. Crab legs very soft. Bartender was our sever at a table he was nice but never checked on us and drinks was empty until we was ready to leave. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands clean from spice. No soap in dispenser and looks to be empty for a long time. Usually not a problem but when someone from the cooking area came out when you went in it makes you rethink about what you just ate. Food for though for anyone reading.

I ordered from this location on door dash. 1 pound of shrimp and bag that was just a half a pound. The 1 pound was $30. They sent what looks to be less than a half pound. There are literally 9 shrimp in this bag.. for $30..This place is normally good idk what they have going on. Disappointed

Went with my boyfriend for the first time and it was truly amazing. Waitress was super sweet and the food quality was amazing. The food also took a reasonable time to come out so we did not wait long. Lastly the atmosphere is so great they had bangers playing the whole time we were there.

First time visiting this place, the atmosphere is not bad, the waitress was kind but had a lot of work to do. The food is very spicy, I can’t imagine how kids can eat it, mine couldn’t, even though I asked for non-spicy food.

The waitresses will lie straight to your face regarding having online orders. One minute they have the order and then the next it’s nowhere to be found. I have been waiting almost 2 hours for two seafood bags and an order of fries. One waitress in particular decided to discuss situation with another customer who has been in the establishment watching me wait for food. She was one that said she seen my order tickets, but after the food never came out she told me she wasn’t going to stress herself about the situation. The order is still incomplete 2 hours later. I drove 45 minutes for this food. Never again.

I just tried this place for the first time and it was actually pretty good. Only problem is, the order delivery app had us choose a sauce for each of our meals, and no sauce was given (the bag was sealed with staples, so it wasn’t stolen). Also, the marinara was not provided with the cheese sticks. I guess I’ll be using ketchup, but yeah, I only make this review to make the restaurant aware to pay more attention, as the sauces were clearly marked on the bag order receipt.

Nice quiet restaurant that def is a go to. The food was good. I got the mild with Juicy Crab sauce. I got a lobster tail with 1 pound of shrimp and a ginger ale. It wasn’t that busy when I went around 1p. I can see how it can get very busy in the evenings though. So check the wait times before going just in case. If ever in the area, give them a try.
