By far the worst food I’ve ever had in my life. As soon as we sat down which took a minute considering they had little to no staff, we were handed dry biscuits that looked to be days old. We ended up asking for fresh biscuits and the server came back with old dry biscuits again that looked to just be out the microwave. We decided to not even ask for anymore and got the new mocktails they had and the pina colada one just tasted like coconut water. For food we ended up ordering some mushrooms and they were not fully cooked and were just sitting in buttery soup. We also ordered Caesar salads one with shrimp and one with salmon. The shrimp was over cooked and rubbery and the salmon was dry and overcooked too. We left eating nothing and wasted money paying for food that just got left at the table. I will never return here and the only people that seem to enjoy it is older people that just eat anything. I should’ve followed my first instinct and walked out as soon as I opened the door and smelled that old dish water smell

I do honest reviews on Google. I hate to say it but we had better service here than Cracker Barrel! If you want a good server ask for Donna! Food was warm and fresh and Donna was amazing!!

DO NOT EAT HERE. I used to pick up delivery orders from here and they were so slow and inattentive. They are VERY LAZY AT THIS LOCATION.
I recently ordered food from here on CHRISTMAS, you would think at least on a holiday they would have there stuff together, nope NEGATIVE! I ordered the shrimp & lobster pasta, the lobster was NOT fresh, it was rubbery and taste nasty. THE BISCUITS WERE OLD/COLD. They sent this big box with old cold crab dip in little container with chips. I ordered the cheesecake bliss & key lime pie, they only sent two key lime pies with strawberry syrup on both of them. No cheesecake in my bag. Who told them to put syrup on key lime pie??? Disgusting. Incompetent.
Management needs to be re-trained or fired, they’re not managing ANYTHING. The staff does not greet delivery drivers when we come in we have to flag down several ppl to pick up a order and the order takes a hundred years.
This location has a odor when you walk in I remember from picking orders up here but I thought I selected a different location when I ordered for myself on Uber Eats. I realized it was Vestavia but to late to cancel without Uber charging. I already knew my order was going to be messed up before it arrived.
Hire competent managers with actual managing skills. Hire people who actually want to work. Otherwise shut this place down.
Also do not order your food through Uber Eats if your order is messed up they may not refund you at all if the restaurant already started your order. If they do refund you it won’t be hardly what you paid. See pics of receipt for yourself.

It is so sad that although the food was delicious, the service was awful. My sister and I watched at least 30-40 people walk out of the restaurant because there was no one to seat them. Money just walked out of the door. Also, the waitress that we had provided awful customer service. The air was blowing and we asked could if it be turned down and we were told there was nothing that could be done by the waitress nor the manager. Our waitress attitude was such that we felt that she really didn’t want to be at work today nor serve anyone. We never saw a manager. We watched waitresses pass by customers waiting to be seated and they never even acknowledged them. If your service doesn’t improve your doors will close and not because of customers wanting to patronize your business. The employees have no sense of urgency. We could have gone anywhere but we chose to drive from Trussville and Helena to dine in at Red Lobster in Vestavia. My sister and I we were seated only because a family of 6 walked out when we entered the restaurant having never been served. Lastly, only two bathroom stalls out of four are operable. We arrived at the restaurant at 12:00. Reservations should not have to be done at this restaurant. The menu has changed and is awesome, but the customer service is terrible. Regardless of age, gender, or race people know great customer service when it is done with a spirit of excellence.

It had been years since I visited a Red Lobster for various reasons however I decided to check them out with the most recent advertisement and I’m glad I did. The food was great and their new daily deal menu is wallet friendly. My server was amazing. I will definitely go back to the Vestavia location.

I waited a half hour longer than projected for my pick up order. But that’s not the issue. The food was of poor quality. The brussel sprouts were burnt. I paid extra for this as a side. I ordered fish and chips but couldn’t eat it. The shrimp trio had only 4 fried shrimp and the linguini was barely a bite full.

Everything was phenomenal. Audi our server/bartender was awesome! His customer service was outstanding. He made us bourbon smash that was AMAZING in addition to the margarita flight. Definitely check him out on Mondays & Friday nights!

I went at happy hour with my wife and some friends and had lovely time. Our server, Emma was so kind and the service was wonderful. Biscuits were the best part but the cocktails weren’t far behind.

We went to red lobster in vestavia and appearance it did not look good. We arrived around 11: 20 am and nobody was in the restaurant but a couple of people. It was hot and the waitress Brittany was sweating and she looked hot. The sweet tea is never good but I give it a Chance. The lobster for my wife was average and the salmon Oscar did not have a flavor to it. They upcharge me for asparagus but on the menu it comes with the salmon and I let it go. The 100.00 we spent was not worth it for a Sunday lunch.
