Enjoyed having dinner here. The only reason for the 4 stars, the oyster stew was not seasoned and it was lukewarm (temperature). Otherwise the food and service was good.

From the moment you walk in, it feels welcoming and laid-back. The seafood is always fresh and cooked perfectly. The fried shrimp are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the seafood platters are generous (definitely come hungry). The hushpuppies are warm and golden, and the sides are just as satisfying. everything tastes delicious and consistent. The crab dip is to die for and the raw oysters always hit. The service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly. It’s a great place for a casual dinner, especially if you’re in the mood for comfort seafood that hits every time. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and want a reliable, delicious seafood meal!

We stopped at this restaurant at the recommendation of our hotel front desk. Service was extremely fast, and our server, Kelly, was very helpful. Both the hush puppies and the coleslaw are delicious. A little disappointed that they don’t serve real butter. Lettuce is iceberg, fried shrimp was good.

Extremely slow. Fried and probably previously frozen seafood. The clam chowder was a too-big bowl of milky substance with tiny flecks of clam and an occasional small piece of potato. Wish I’d taken a photo of it, but no.

I would have given a 5 star review if the service was better. Visited Friday 5/24/24 around 1:30pm. The food was fabulous! Everything cooked to perfection & fresh. But our young male “waiter” was horrible. He showed no interest in us after taking our order. We never received a drink refill. He was just hanging out at the front talking. We still tipped him 15% because we will be back for the food, and do not want enemies waiting on us. Please! If you are going to hire young people to work for you, make sure they actually work. I am paying good money for your food. It’s not cheap & I want a fair exchange for my time and money spent with you. Just a fair exchange. Not too much to ask. Thank you.

Dine in and curbside pick up. Good portions and very tasty seafood. Not greasy and doesn’t leave that greasy after taste in your mouth. Nice deserts. Friendly staff. Prices on the high side but somewhat expected nowadays. I would definitely go back.

No expectations, other than decent seafood served with mostly southern hospitality. You may have a great dinner, or may not, it totally depends on the server, and if the food is at least hot and fresh. They mostly deliver in these areas. If you want popcorn shrimp, fried fish etc, I wouldn’t think you would be disappointed

The only reason why I’m posting this is because me and my family got sick after eating here. The service was great. Very nice people but the food was trash. Specifically the steak was burnt, the fried shrimp was soggy and breading was falling off. The fried oysters tasted off and the fries were soggy. I would seriously recommend you find somewhere else to eat. To the restaurant, quality control please.

I normally used to have no problem with harbor inn food was good workers were friendly. I would call my order in and have no problem until today. Now when I called to make my order I’m told that I can’t order just a baked potato and deviled crab I have to buy a whole big meal. I have ordered a baked potato deviled crab and fried mushrooms many times and never had a problem. If you are just wanting a small meal don’t bother ordering here because they won’t let you anymore, have to spend $ on food you won’t eat just to get what you do want . Freaking ridiculous should be able to order whatever you want without having to waste $ and food.
