The steak was tender and moist. It was cooked to perfection. The shrimp was really good. The loaded mashed potatoes was moist and delicious and not dry like some other places. Out first time here…..Don’t bother wasting your money here when there are far better places. First off the chicken strip dinner was extremely hard and dry. Felt like you could break a tooth while trying to eat it. They were out of any type of baked potato and broccoli. The jalapeno poppers and onion rings are really greasy which takes away from the taste. You don’t even need teeth to eat the mac and cheese it was so mushy and tasteless. The steak was at least tender and juicy but for being the signature Logan steak it could have been a lot better. It just lacked seasoning in flavor. What’s that being said the waiter was fine straight to the point Make sure everything was fine kept our drinks full and what not. We asked for the chicken strip dinner to be removed from our check with no problems it was removed. Everything just seemed like it was cooked without care and rushed. Oh and the tables were sticky.

Let’s start with the positives: the waitress was absolutely great. Super nice, apologetic, and handled everything as well as she possibly could. She deserves an A+.
Now… the food. Yikes.
The Dr. Pepper tasted like pure carbonation with zero flavor. Just spicy air. The sodas did get replaced, which I appreciated, but it set the tone.
Then came the ribeye. I ordered it medium rare. What I got was a steak so flat it looked like it had been run over, and it was basically mooing . I sent it back. When it finally returned—after my girlfriend had already finished eating—it was somehow well done. I didn’t ask for shoe leather. I just wanted medium rare.
At that point, the moment was gone, the meal was ruined, and the steak quality was just bad all around.

In my opinion, this place really could use some improvement. It was our first time here, and we will not be going back. The waiter was very quick and made sure we immediately got a seat, but it took a long time for the waiter to come take our drinks, and took even longer to take our order. I understand they may be busy, but there was only a few other groups there. We got the onion rings and the mozzarella sticks, which were so greasy and oily, it took away from the taste. The onion rings still had a raw onion taste. The appetizers weren’t too bad but it was not worth the price in my view. I ordered a medium steak, and it was grey. Another person in our group orderers a medium well steak, and that was blood red. It could have been a mixup and the steaks got reversed, but it was still confusing. The steak was dry and stale, and did not taste very good. I could not taste any seasoning. The chicken tenders were so dry, they were soaking up water from the broccoli. The breading was still wet and stale, not crunchy or seasoned whatsoever. The coconut shrimp was very delicious though, and the atmosphere of the place was amazing. We had baked potatoes as sides, and one person wanted only butter and no sour cream, but it came back with sour cream and no butter. The waiter was very kind with it and changed the baked potato, which was delicious. We also had fries, and one person had just a few fries and the another person had basically a whole plate of fries. Overall, the food was not that impressive, but the service and the atmosphere was pretty good. I would recommend this place if you wanted a not so busy place, but I would not recommend the steak or chicken tenders.

Service was good, environment was good, steak was sub par in my opinion. I got the strip steak and immediately noticed that one side of the steak was about 3/4″ to 1″ thick and on the other end it was barely over 1/4″ thick making it wedge cut. The thick side was medium rare as ordered and the thin side was well done. This also appeared to be from the vein end with a big rubber band like vein through it, which is inedible. It appeared to also have the back strap on it, which is a large rubbery piece most people cut off. Again this was also inedible.
I might eat there some time in the future, but I will be hesitant on my steak selection.

The sirloin steaks were amazing. One of the best steaks we’ve had at a restaurant. The fries were not good and soggy. Sweet potato and rolls were great. The alcoholic beverages I had were awesome as well. Our server was on top of things and constantly checking on us.

We had such a great experience at Logan’s Roadhouse! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed — exactly what you want for a great date night ! The service was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.
I ordered the steak, and it was great — cooked exactly how I asked, juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The sides were just as delicious and everything came out hot and fresh.
Overall, it was a fantastic meal with great service and a fun, laid-back vibe. We’ll definitely be back again soon. ✨

First and last time visiting! We got carryout and the only thing good was the ribs! They was out of rolls and cheesy potatoes weren’t cooked cold cheese on top of potatoes and forgot my ranch for onion rings! And onion rings were super greasy! Would have been good if they weren’t. They weren’t busy and I still stood up front for little bit before anyone acknowledged me there!

We had such a great experience at the roadhouse! The food was amazing, everything came out hot and fresh, and the atmosphere was lively but still comfortable. But the real standout was our server, Katie. She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever being overbearing. She truly made our night even better. We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be asking for Katie!

I visited the East Peoria location for my birthday. Making reservations was easy, and we received confirmation of the reservation just fine. When we arrived we were seated pretty quickly. However, the table we were seated at was super sticky. The male waiter greated us in this almost agitated manner very cold and not inviting. We then explained the other members in our party would be coming shortly, and let him know it was okay to take our order. While speaking to him about ordering etc he clipped me several times and just said ok. We received our food pretty quick, so no complaints on that. However, the food was barely warm. None of the food was hot, and some food was already cold. The cheese on our potatoes wasn’t even melted. The waiter also brought 1 thing of rolls and 1 small cup of butter to the table for 6 people. The majority of the food was not only cold, it was salty as ever!!!! The gravey was salty, the Spanish dip, the cips, the fries, the mac and cheese. Almost like salt was intentional put into the food. The acholic beverage I ordered was even bad. We then had a medical emergency where 1 of our guests took ill. Our waiter asked us what the issue was we told them and he said hope she felt better and walked away. Not 1 staff member sat with us while we waiting for the ambulance to arrive. We were treated as if we were invisible. No manager came over to make sure we were okay…we told them we called 911 and they said okay and left us alone. We had to find the waiter to even get the check to cash out. They were not busy at all, and barely had anyone in there. Just a overall poor experience! We will not be back! Sucks to have really wanted to spend my birthday at this place. Definitely had changed since we were last there. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
