Like always and every time we come down to El Paso, Pizza tastes great! Atmosphere is always good, and the kids always have a great time together here. Wish we had a Peter Piper Pizza in Parker, Colorado or Denver. Can’t visit El Paso without going to Peter Piper Pizza. Love it!!!!

We went to a 6-year-old’s birthday party. All of the kids had a BLAST! And there was plenty of room for adult seating. And I liked the pizza!

So I got the 2 for 24 deal. Ask for my military discount manger told me couldn’t get because we were getting a discount. Funny support the troops only if there is no cost.
Then i sit with my little buzzer thing for a little time. Then I noticed a customer that came in at least 10 minutes after I sat down called to get his order. Then I go up to the pick up area show the (Manger) my not flashing not beeping no lights buzzer thing. He noted (Oh) here’s your order. I ask him if the buzzer thing is used or mine was broken. He noted “Oh” my order just popped up and they were going to enter my buzzer thing. I watched my pizzas get slid to the right as “On Timely Orders” were served. So I’m not stupid and I have eyes and I get irritated when a ‘Manger’ lies to me a customer.

Went to pick up my online order which was a stuffed crust pizza w pineapple, the young lady who helped me said that they forgot to put the pineapple on the pizza and were going to toss some on the pizza that’s made already and throw it in the oven, I asked if they can just remake the pizza and she said yes, but they just gave me the same order that was incorrect and it was burnt and my stuffed crust cheese was cold while there was a manager on duty ! not acceptable, this location needs to do better when it comes to satisfying paying customers!!

The staff was very friendly and the food was cooked promptly and exactly as ordered. They had multiple people cleaning tables so they weren’t all dirty. Especially impressive they had an employee surveying the games and fixing any issues. He even gave our son 25 tickets after a malfunction messed up his game. Great experience at this location!

I absolutely love Peter Piper Pizza and consider it my favorite but getting a pizza there on a weekend is a mission. Yesterday my pizza was fully burnt underneath and I couldn’t even bite into it when I got home 15 minutes after pick up. I will probably give it another shot but I was not happy.

Every single kids game in this place was rigged, every claw machine is stuffed full because they have been rugged not to give any prizes. We played every machine there and watched everyone else play not one single person the entire afternoon got any prizes out of any of their machines. Even the child’s Dino grab was rigged. Terrible set up for children scamming parents out of money. Way better games at monkey rock, dave and busters for the money spent.
