The floor is falling apart moldy and horrible service the guy forgot our silverware took him so long get to us and they were empty . And on top of that my bfs water had white floating things inside the cup and it was just -100 in general I got the honey grilled chicken skillet whatever and it was greasy burnt mushrooms and you can tell they don’t clean the skillets. My bfs pasta Alfredo was hard and tasted frozen and felt frozen the way the pasta was squished / compacted together just overall they need close down ..

Got the bourbon steak it taste nothing like it used to. Very disappointed. Wife got bourbon burger did not like it. The only think was good was dessert. Might come back for dessert but definitely will not be ordering dinner here again. Oh and I forgot sat in corner booth and looked up and saw mold on the ceiling. No wonder this place was dead and had hardly any customer. Will be surprised if they can stay open with the few customers has they had. Will miss the desert when they go but not the food.

Cute atmosphere or whatever. Servers usually have a great attitude. You can catch me here on a Sunday ordering the tiktok famous Triple Dipper Flipper. I usually get the Nashville Hot mozz (light seasoning)– the first time I ordered them, they seasoned those thangs down to the GROUND!! ️I SAID DASS ENUFF! They’re good though for you spice lovers, nothing too crazy. The Big Mouff–yes “mouff”-bites were a little dry the first time but the next time I told them “Extra Wanch” . And those Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers were . Next time y’all run outta Hot Honey on my good Sunday, you won’t be having a funday yunnustandme? Go head Chili’s

I wanted to try the new OM Cheeseburger. It was just meh. It looked better in the ads and on the menu. In the end it was a cheeseburger that the cheese melted off of and some bacon on a bed of queso. The fries were delicious. I had read all the recent negative reviews and there was a sign about the floors being redone. Otherwise, I was not disappointed in the restaurant itself.

While the service started off strong, or waiter did start slacking towards the end. He did eventually get is everything we requested for, but usually took a time or two of him walking by to get it.
The location was relatively clean. But everything was very worn and pushing dated.
My biggest issue was the rubbery chicken. Everything else for our meal was good. But mine order was disappointing.

Went for grandsons birthday. Our waitress was good even with her additional tasks she was taking care of. Saw her fixing the screen for totalling orders without having to go the front if the establishment. She joked it off in a great way.
She made sure our table of 9 were attended to regularly.

Waited at door for 30 minutes, wait time was 15. 17 fully clean tables were ready the entire time. Ridiculous. Could’ve seated us. Hostesses were running around not really doing anything. Absolutely stupid.

We stopped in for a quick nibble at the bar. The appetizer of Spinach dip was adequate.
The service started out slow as we waited for 5 minutes at the bar before we saw the bartender. She asked us if we wanted menus, and we order 2 drinks and the appetizer. We never got her name. She was somewhat preoccupied texting on her cell phone and filing her nails. That lacked professionalism in front of customers.

We ordered two meals online – the lime chicken and the shrimp-and-chicken dish – and BOTH meals were completely unacceptable. The chicken in both orders was raw and rubbery when we bit into it, which is absolutely disgusting and unsafe. I immediately called the store and was told to bring the food back for a refund. I did exactly that. This is beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. Serving raw food. I will never trust or return to this establishment again.

My wife and I went there this afternoon for lunch. We were slow getting served obviously because it was a little understaffed. Not a big problem. The problem was a group of men sitting at the bar drinking. They were very loud and could be heard throughout the restaurant. Another man came in and sat down across the bar from them. They soon got into an argument. During the argument, the F bomb got thrown out which we heard across the room. Management did absolutely nothing to deal with this situation and quiet things down. If we hadn’t already placed our order, we would have left. There were children in the restaurant. Today was definitely not a family friendly atmosphere.
