ordered at the kirby’s ice house it took 40 minutes when they said 15-20 minutes. not good for a fast food truck. not recommended if you don’t have extra time.

My husband and I tried this Thai food truck today when it came to our apartment complex and we were absolutely blown away. The food was incredible and you can truly taste that everything is made from scratch.
The owner and cook recommended the drunken noodles and they were unbelievable. Perfectly balanced, full of flavor, and easily some of the best I have had. We also ordered the pad Thai and the veggie spring rolls, and both were amazing. The pad Thai was fresh and flavorful, and the spring rolls were crisp and delicious.
You can tell the owner takes a lot of pride in the food and the quality really shows. We will definitely be seeking this food truck out again. Highly recommend if you see them around.
