don’t normally take the time to write reviews, but someone really needs to step in and address what’s going on at the McDonald’s – 11281Tara Blvd location.

The service at this restaurant has consistently been disappointing. Orders take an excessive amount of time I’ve personally waited up to 45 minutes for a single meal. Customers are frequently asked to park away from the drive-thru window while the line continues to grow longer and longer. It simply does not make sense for fast food to move this slowly.

There also appears to be a lack of professionalism among some staff members. Employees are often distracted, on their phones, or socializing instead of focusing on customers. When you politely ask about your order after a long wait, you’re met with attitudes instead of assistance. In addition, there have been issues with basic tasks like handling cash correctly, which adds even more frustration to the experience.

This location truly needs stronger management, better training, and improved oversight. Hiring is important, but proper training and accountability matter just as much. Right now, the overall customer experience feels disorganized and poorly managed.

Corporate leadership should take a serious look at this location. There are plenty of other food options in the area, and unfortunately, experiences like this make customers consider going elsewhere. I hope to see improvements soon because this location has the potential to do much better.

Ordered from this Location on door dash and the food I received was ice cold.The big mac had so much sauce on them that the bread was disintegrating and we could not eat them.

It’s always a gamble buying from McDonald’s. NOBODY knows how to make coffee ☕️. Tastes like . Bought a French Vanilla Coffee. NO SUGAR, NO VANILLA, NO COFFEE. Please TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. But I guess you don’t care as your reviews show.

It’s a McDonalds you don’t expect good service but what’s actually unacceptable is having 4 people pass you buy. Waiting in that lobby and nobody speaking to you including 2 mangers. Do better.

This specific McDonald’s is peace and has great customer service. They made a mistake with my order and corrected it and still had me keep what was given. I like this McDonald’s because it’s 24hrs and my food is fresh for the most part and their milkshake machine is always working when I go at odd hrs of the night lol. So kudos to this McDonald’s . We gotta take into account that this is 2025 McDonald’s and so food quality is not the same like the 80s and 90s and that’s just across the board so the customer service, fresh fries, and milkshake machine is major for me lmao!!!

I go to mcdonalds after a long day at work such as today… nothing is wrong with the food so I won’t mention that but what I will mention is how I ordered 2 orange juices and had to return them both twice the first time there was ice in our orange juices unprovoked, I used to work a mcds 2 years ago so i’m already knowing what that means so I ask for no ice for both they both came back equally disgusting as it was at first time so I asked for 2 more mind you I didn’t have an attitude with the cashier bc stuff happens but clearly she had an attitude which is alright just make sure I get what I paid for… she gets her manager to the window her manager seemed impatient but again I understand that just make sure I get what I paid for thats all I ask which is EXTREMELY understandable when she came out with the drinks again they still were disgusting mind all yall had to do was change the bag bc yall knew it was low from jump instead of giving out the same watered down concentrate I returned the first 2 times…. after the third time we just pulled off not to mention we’re HIGHLY unsatisfied

My niece ordered a fish with cheese. When it came there was no cheese and tarter was slapped to the side. Sent it back for another. Cheese was on it, but tarter STILL slapped and coming off the side. Very unprofessional. But the worker that brought it out was very kind.

McDonald’s I love you but they always take so long with my order despite being a fast food place, worst part is that I’m ordered such a tiny portion too, $5 meal deals, single meals, even happy meals for the kids smhhh and they always forget ketchup packets when I’m in the drive thru, don’t think I forget you guys do that

Slowest mcdonalds in all of clayton county!!! I waited 22 minutes for my curbside order, my phone said my order was given to me already, but I didn’t even have my food. Went inside and waited another 15 minutes till I got my food and my drink wasn’t even full all the way. I had to wait nearly 40 minutes in totality for a mealsy burger, drink, and fry. Unbelievable.
