I am so disappointed terrible service. I was here last night on Thursday around 5 and I ended up getting charged $56. My bill was $14 paid part with a gift card other part with a card. I proceed to call them, girl on the phone was very rude saying why would you call when this happened yesterday. She proceeds to say I can’t deal with this didn’t want to get a manager was put on hold. I go up there talk to the manager John I believe he proceeds to blame me as saying the server thought you gave him a $56 tip. Mind you the bill I paid was $3 and something in change. They tried to blame me for why I got overcharged. Unbelievable I am so disappointed terrible management no apologies no can we offer you anything for the inconvenience. I will never eat at this location again.

The food was good as always. It is getting a little pricey these days. For my family (4 people) so 5 meals amf 2 appetizers we cleared $100 before gratuity. Outside of that, you can expect the same great food and atmosphere time and time again.

This human highlight reel slings drinks faster than the TVs switch games, remembers orders like they’ve got ESPN running in their brain, and somehow keeps everyone laughing while the bar is three deep and absolute chaos is happening everywhere else. You don’t ask for a refill — it just appears. Scientists should honestly study this.
Alex balances humor, speed, and professionalism like it’s nothing. One minute they’re cracking jokes, the next they’re running the bar with military precision. You feel seen. You feel hydrated. You feel like you made the right life choices by sitting there.
If Alex is behind the bar, cancel your plans. You’re not leaving anytime soon. Tip well, say thank you, and emotionally prepare yourself for disappointment the next time you sit at a bar without Alex.

I did an online takeout order and when I got there to pick it up, I realized my order wasn’t what I thought I ordered. In a nutshell, the mixup was completely my fault. There was a guy named, John, who was super nice and understanding about the situation and he went above and beyond by offering me what I thought I ordered at no cost. He made my experience a 20 out of 10 and I will definitely be returning.

Buffalo Wild Wings is pretty hard to beat. Their potato wedges, dipped in ranch, are amazing! Traditional wings with Asian Zing, some iced tea or a beer… now you’re talking. Big TVs galore made for a great sports-bar environment! Inattentive service was the only deviation from a perfect visit.

Every time I’ve gotten takeout from this place, they never put any sauce on the wings. If you’re thinking about getting takeout from here absolutely do not four times in a row. I’ve gotten plain chicken wings. They put like half a squirt that gets on maybe two of the 10 wings and then shake it up. You might as well just get a dry rub of whatever sauce you want.

This visit was awful. Took 20 minutes to get our food initially. Order 6 to go wings for my son.
Waited another 30 minutes at our table to get those.
Finally asked the waitress if we needed to go somewhere else for the to go wings. She said she’d check and go figure, they were ready.
The place wasn’t busy. Seems once we cashed out we were just forgotten about. Won’t be back the next time we are in the area

Did a pick up order from here for the Super Bowl. Spent $209, none of the wings had hardly any sauce on them, just left on a counter nothing to keep them warm, never got our several order of fries with the wing bundles, ordered celery as a side for it and they gave us carrots instead. I have no desire to go back to a Buffalo Wild Wings after this. Sure didn’t drop $200 to just get a bunch of unsauced wings. I only ordered one extra side sauce which wasn’t even halfway filled up. This place and the staff are ridiculously incompetent.

Have been three times in the last month or so/ let me preface this by saying I seldom take the time to write a low quality review but after three strikes your out- every order has been missing items after being assured they were in the order by the counter staff and even manager the last time.
Food is good unfortunately the communication is not.
