This store has lost its family appeal. Very sterile atmosphere. No family booths, no large tables for friends/family to gather around, significantly less human help in ordering…just an overall cold feeling.

This McDonald’s does a really great job preparing food, see the Big Mac photo attached to this review as an example. All the employees I’ve met here have been kind and focused on providing great customer service. I do wish McDonald’s would bring back the self service ketchup, and this McDonald’s doesn’t have self service soda machines. If you like refills, be prepared to wait a little while if they are busy, but from my experience they are happy to take care of you as soon as they can.

Everything was good and the staff were friendly.
Not really a complaint, but what a weird world. II paid cash and my change was $9.48, but they didn’t have the 3 cents to give me. Firstly, why are pennies still on the menus, and why couldn’t they give me 5 cents back?
Across all USA mc Donald’s they must be making a lot of extra $$S doing this.

We stopped for breakfast on the way up the freeway. The food was hot and tasty and our drinks were good. The only thing that was odd was they didn’t have a fountain drink machine. I have never seen that before in a McDonald’s. If were were having lunch we would have gone somewhere else to be able to get refills.

Stop while traveling home. Staff was patient and helpful, but the food was ok. The fries were warm, not fresh. The nuggets were not fresh and the burgers were ok. The furniture design was simple, and nice. Would return, but ask for fresh fries, nuggets, etc.

Im on vacation from Tn and this is the first place we stopped to eat at in Florida. OMG when I say the best, cleanest McDonald’s I have ever been to. Spoke with worker Doug and several others. They were the best and sweetest. Hope to stop back by before we leave. Keep up the great work.

CHECK ALL YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. Literally got a mc chicken handed to me in carry out MISSING THE CHICKEN PATTY. I called and they did offer me to drive back for the patty, unfortunately I’m unable but I got ‘alrighty I’m sorry’ when I just asked for a refund. Don’t be me. Check your sandwich before you have to drive back to have the meat for your sandwich. What a waste. (Office staff/ person who answered was professional and apologetic but frankly I should have never had to call about this in the first place. )

This is the slowest McDonald’s. And at lunch forget about it. 19 minutes for all the cars to be parked and the food to be brought out. They are bad at breakfast, I have to go in from now on to make sure the kids have syrup with their pancakes. And why ask if you want sauce with your breakfast burritos if you arnt going to put it in the bag anyway. It took so long the order could have at least been right.

Food is good, service took a while. Waited 20 minutes after putting in my order for the food to come out. Staff was friendly, but allow for some extra time if eating in or go through the drive thru if you’re in a hurry.
