Received the wrong order. Ordered a 5 piece whole wing combo spicy, ended up received a 4 piece regular combo. The cashier’s hospitality actually helped sway how I actually felt at the time. Service needs improvement as nothing was ready to go and I waited 20+ minutes for my son’s chicken sandwich combo. 2 bad experiences with 2 different locations in the same month. Seems to me the corporate office needs to be more involved with their stores and setup the proper training for all in-store management and team members.

Why do I keep ordering from popeyes? I have doordashed them about 4 times and not a single time was my order remotely close. Went in person once, waited an hour with only 2 cars ahead of me to get, you guessed it, the wrong order. How the hell is this place still in business? This last order, I ordered 5 piece spicy tenders meal Received nuggets, and no drink. In fact they refused to give the dasher the drink. Not surprised seeing as no one working here seems to give af.

Very poorly ran. The only chicken place that never has chicken. Either they don’t have it or they ran out. I will get lucky every now and then so I return randomly and guess what happens without failure? They don’t have any ghost pepper wings (two times in a row in a matter of like 2 days), they only have white meat, they don’t have spicy chicken. Oh not to mention they always give you regular when you request spicy as if you can’t tell the difference. They should really be closed down for poor business practices.

I try my best to avoid this fast food place location specifically. I’m not sure why there is always a problem here, but too many times my doordash order has been stolen or otherwise messed up on. They’re slow, which I understand places are short staffed, but at least other places have a sense of customer service & manners. I hope things get better here.

In the last 30 days I have arrived to purchase a particular item that is listed on the menu and both times they have been out. The first time I was told that they only have tenders and bone in chicken and that they are only excepting exact change or card payment. Two weeks later, when I arrived for my second time, they were still out of my desired my new item, so I ordered chicken tenders instead and the chicken tenders were not crispy at all and my soda taste dead like lemon lime water.

The food was not up to Popeye’s usual standards. The bathroom was dirty and we had to clean the table and chairs before sitting down. Then halfway through our meal one of the workers came out and started sweeping the floor with a broom putting dust into the air. We had to get up and leave. A horrible experience.

2pm, Saturday. First time having Popeyes. 3pc combo ($10.50) with slaw. The chicken was really good. Hot and crispy. Good seasoning. Slight zip to it. The slaw was good. Moist and cold. The biscuit was good. Not too dry. No large cups for my coke. They gave me a small and a 20 cent refund. No spoon for the slaw and no napkins, which irritates the hell out of me! Staff seemed pleasant. 3.5 out of 5. Would have been a 4 if not for the owner being cheap with the spoons and napkins. Got there at the end of a rush and waited 30 minutes in line.

The service has never been good at this location, but I try to be patient with the fast food industry. Google said they closed at 11pm tonight. I showed up at 10:30pm tonight. All the lights were on in the store and parking lot, employees were in the building. I went to order at the drive-thru and they don’t say anything, but yet they shut off the order screens. I took that as my cue to leave. It’s unfortunate that we already have such low expectations for the fast food industry and it’s only getting worse, like this location.
