The hot wings were not hot at all and the sauce was completely watery. Like they came to the end of the bottle and put water in it to make it last longer. The sauce would not stick at all. My husband went back because it was unacceptable and it leaked all over the inside of the bag so it was a complete mess.
They told my husband they were low on wing and couldn’t make them again. He asked them to re sauce them and they said to him that their sauce is thin and oily. Again we have come here a few times before and absolutely not they had a good thick sauce that stuck. My husband was offered a refund but he instead took the wings resauced. I wish he took the refund because I will not be eating these I’m so disappointed.
I ordered a pizza and that was good but of course I asked for it to be square cut and she read that back to me in my order and guess what? The pizza was triangle cut. Next time if I give them another chance I will suggest the draw a square on the inside pizza box so hopefully they remember. Highly disappointed. I wish I could leave a video but the picture is good enough. The wings are sitting in watery sauce that’s suppose to be hot and it’s just a mess.
The booths are old and dirty looking. One has some red tape on it but, it is nice and cool. We didn’t sweat at all and that’s a plus for me.
Pizza was looking very delicious when it came out. The only problem with the pizza is that it was extremely thin. The cheese and pepperoni slid right off and it was messy. Pizza needs to have more of a firm crust for it to be enjoyable. The crust was so thin. I could almost see the light from outside shining through it. The crust needs to be a little thicker because when you eat a pizza you need to be able to hold it and take bites not have it just droop down and everything slide right off it.. other then that is had a really good taste and it was hot. Wings were perfect.. we enjoyed our visit but, plz fyi go a little thicker on the pizza. The crust is real thick, maybe stretch that thick crust toward the middle for an even more sturdier crust. And we didn’t order thin crust pizza so that’s not the reason why it was thin. Even if we did order thin crust, it should’ve been crispy almost like a cracker, but it wasn’t. We will definitely be back and we hope that the pizza is made a little more to perfection next time but other than that the service was great. It was nice and cool in here and they do need to clean it up just a little bit, tidy it up a little bit more thank you
What sets this place apart from other mom & pops pizza spots is quality and uniqueness. Unlike other traditional pizza spots, they exclusively use kosher beef or turkey options for their meat toppings. Not only does this cater to my taste, but as I do not eat pork, it caters to a wider audience with healthier options without compromising the flavor.
Good vibes, open seating area, cozy, and Kool-aid ;). I have to come back to taste the white pizza sauce and calzone.
We ordered their regular crust and a deep dish.
The regular crust was pretty thick, which was the case for the deep dish as well, but even thicker crusts. The veggie pizza was better the next day, since the moisture from the vegetables soaked through the bread, making it quite floppy/soggy. The vast amount of cheese on both pies made it hard to taste the veggies and meat.
We also ordered hot wings, that were quite hard and chewy – not the most enjoyable wings.
If you want a lot of leftovers, this is definitely the place to go.
